We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had 6 girls here and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved the view and the proximity to everything. We would love to go back and stay there again. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home, perfect layout for 7 people. Very convenient to everything we needed, 15-20min max car ride to some hikes. The view from the porch is lovely, and the hot tub is clean and well maintained, kitchen is well stocked, We had a fantastic trip!

Well stocked and very clean property. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to. It was centrally located in Sedona. We had an exceptional time and the views from the property were unbelievable. We would stay here again.

Pictures are not even close to the beauty!

Spent a week in Sedona with my family, after the Grand Canyon, and had an incredible time! The house was superb - large enough for privacy yet had plenty of spaces to gather. Loved the sunrises with coffee on the deck, and "counting" the stars at night. When the time comes to return, definitely going to schedule when this house is available!

Birthday trip

Beautiful! Loved the quiet location but yet not far to drive to restaurants, shopping, grocery store. Thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces. This was perfect for our girls weekend group of 5 to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. We’ll be back!!

What a lovely property! We recently stayed to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Four of us and we were quite comfortable. The home’s best features? Stunning views from the large deck and every room on the main level, very nice privacy, comfortably equipped and tastefully decorated, and a phenomenal location… close to everything (restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf courses, and general site seeing). This is a winning property!

Best location in Sedona!

Within our group of seven, we had three generations to accommodate. This home provided super close proximity to hiking, shopping, dining, and best of all, relaxation. Sometimes when we travel, we enjoy staying in different neighborhoods if we return to a favorite city, but in this case, we will always look to return to this neighborhood, if not this very home, next time we visit Sedona! We rented a single car, and that ended up being perfect because parking at the trailhead is very difficult so those of us who wanted to hike early in the morning, got dropped off and those who didn’t want to go hiking either return to the house or went shopping. The house itself is large enough with plenty of quiet space, but also ample room for family gatherings. Best of always the view from the deck. After a day of strenuous hiking, we would return to this beautiful home and just sit on the deck and reflect. The neighborhood is very quiet And just a magnificent place to stay!

We loved this home. It is exactly as pictured—spotless, bright, and thoughtfully stocked with extra towels, quality cookware, fast Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable, AC/heat worked quietly and efficiently, and check-in with the smart lock was effortless. The location is ideal a short drive to downtown Sedona AZ.The host/property management company was responsive and proactive—clear instructions, great local tips, and a quick check-in message to make sure we had everything we needed. We rented a car and needed access in/out of the garage. I sent a message and within 5 minutes the garaged code was provided.Highlights• Kitchen set up for real cooking (sharp knives, basics, and coffee options)• Outdoor space (hot tub/grill/fire pit/patio) was a bonus for evening relaxation• Reliable internet for remote work and streamingMy friends and I would definitely return and have already recommended the property to other friends and family.Thank you,Happy Travelers

The views are absolutely gorgeous! That is what I will miss the most. Plenty of space to relax and entertain. The heated spa was clutch. The property is in a quiet area but also a quick drive to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I will return for a future stay :)
