Hi George, Regal Beach Club has daily maid service everyday except Sundays and Public Holidays. The staff would have provided fresh towels during your services. If you required more towels then provided you could have requested this from your onsite property manager, she would have been more then happy to assist. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. The unit was recently updated in late 2018, as each unit is individually owned, they are decorated and styled uniquely to the owners preference. We will be sure to let the owner and the property manager know about the issue you experienced with the drawers and have them fixed. We have suggested to the owner about installing a safe in the unit and they agreed, there is now one for guests to use. Thank you for your feedback as we strive to make every guest have the best holiday! I hope that you enjoyed the beautiful beaches and had an opportunity to explore the area and enjoyed the island!
