Great property and host. Super walkable central neighborhood with lots of restaurants. There are bikes and scooter rentals around as well. The bathtubs are deep and comfortable and the water pressure and heat is good. Be prepared for a lot of stairs if you are staying in the master bedroom but the comfy bed is worth it. If you are renting a car or have friends visiting be sure to double check you are parked on the correct sides because the city is pretty strict.

Great location with tons of restaurants and entertainment near by. My gusband and I were here for a ling term stay of 2 weeks and it was the perfect spot. Well stocked home ready for any type of stay.

Phenomenal location. Beautiful home. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Host replied quickly to our needs. (Construction behind the building which was a bit annoying the first morning but after that not at all a bother). Parking was complicated but made easy by the parking permit generously provided.

Wow! There are not enough characters to express how much we enjoyed our stay here. Host Eric is very communicative and responsive. The home is beautiful, artistic, and cozy. It is also stocked with all the essentials — from the gorgeous kitchen to the bathrooms with !!heated!!! toilet seats.The home is in a beautiful and safe area. We felt comfortable walking around day and night. There is also a security system for the house, which made us feel even better. We enjoyed walking around so much that we averaged 12k steps/day while here! Eric also provided us with a list of spots to try, and we ate almost exclusively off his list of recommendations. There were no misses!! Eric knows his stuff!!The host also provides a guess pass to street park. I was a bit nervous to parallel park in a rental, but we had no issues finding space to park — even at night and on the weekend. The home has beautiful deck/patio areas that we also enjoyed. This was our first time using Vrbo, so we were a bit nervous. Eric was quick to respond to our questions. This home, area, and trip surpassed our highest expectations! I would certainly rent with Eric again, and we’re now considering a move to the area because of our amazing experience!

Our family of 4 stayed at Eric’s for a week. His place & space was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. Location was prime to the best local restaurants & bars within walking distance & just a short walk over the bridge to DT Denver. We would stay here again.
