Great clean place with plenty of space. Loved the convenient shuttle bus service which took us places door to door.

Great Location. Excellent amenities. Amazing time. We were a family of five and my only suggestion would be to add a few more hooks to hang equipment and a bench to sit on in the garage to take off your boots.

Cozy Comfortable Stay

Phoenix 225 was the perfect t place for our Thanksgiving get away! It was well stocked with everything we needed, from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Often vacation rentals don’t leave enough towels and this one had plenty of towels and toiletries! It was nicely updated and the owners had great communication and check in and check out was a breeze! Steamboat is an adorable town with lots of restaurants and some great shopping downtown, and they owners had plenty of recommendations. We enjoyed Ore Steakhouse, Mambo Italian, O’Neill’s Irish Pub and a small bar pub town town had an amazing burger…oh and The Egg for breakfast (huge portions)! Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your vacation home!

The location of this condo is amazing! Super close to the slopes. The host was very nice and quick to respond. It isn't getting a higher rating because the cleanliness was lacking and there was a shortage of toilet paper and tissues (no new boxes or rolls when we arrived.)The beds were comfortable, which is very important. I had a fight with the Nest thermostat, trying to keep the heat down to 64-65 since we were all dressed in winter garb. It kept sneaking up to 70. Obviously, I need Nest thermostat lessons.Great puzzle to do. Nice to have a covered garage. Lots of great spices to cook with.Fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work. Only one bedside lamp for reading without walking across the room. If you read before bed, you might want to bring a small light. You may also want to bring a bright/lighted mirror if you put makeup on. The lights above the bathroom sinks were too dim to see properly. Private Dry Sauna was awesome. Community hot tubs were great. Location, location, location. This condo definitely has that.

I’m so glad you enjoyed the puzzle, spices, and covered garage. Quick responses are always my goal, and I’m thrilled we connected smoothly. I sincerely apologize for the housekeeping misses, running low on toilet paper, tissues, and the deep clean not meeting expectations. That’s completely on me, and I’ve restocked essentials and scheduled extra cleaning attention immediately. The downstairs bathroom fan and dim lighting are also now on my fix list, thank you for the specific feedback so I can improve. About our Nest thermostat rebel — I completely understand the frustration! I’ll create a simple one-page guide (with 64-65° lock instructions) for future guests.
