Exact location for driver from airport across street from beach everything is exactly as described . Excellent communication with owners extremely easy instructions to check in and check out and enjoy amenities !!

If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay for getting to food and the beach this is a great spot. Within 5 minutes walking distance of Bridge street shopping and restaurants. There is also at least 5 restaurant options as well within 5 minutes. Beach access is right across the street. There is also the free trolley stops right across and just up from the rental. The rental itself is very nice. Has all the amenities you need for your stay. Perfect views of the sunrise everyday. You can watch from the main bedroom or the verandah. Was very happy with the communication from them as well.

Excellent location, beach wasn’t as crowded as further north was. Property is a bit dated but VERY clean. Other reviews stated trouble with the toilet flushing (just have to hold the handle longer) and the showers lack of pressure (there was less pressure in the master but still manageable). Previous reviews said not much to cook with, I disagree we were provided plenty to cook with. Loved having wagon, umbrella and chairs available to us!! A pool is a must for us as the kids don’t always love the salt water for the entire day. The only concern we had was the patio deck railing was rather loose, but we just kept the kids away from it. We have fallen in love with AMI and will be back. Thanks Terry, for the great stay, excellent communication and PERFECT location!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The walk to the beach is a really short and easy walk especially if you have older kids. You can also walk to many shops and restaurants. The property itself could use some updates both inside and outside. The kitchen didn't have many essentials for cooking a small meal which was an issue for us (basic cookie sheet, oven mit, scissors, etc.). There are many basic maintenance items that could use tending to (wrong size screws in toilet paper holder, and wall outlet, several missing blinds slats, ceiling vents, ceiling water damage was repaired very messy and not great looking, water pressure in bathroom sinks and showers was non existent). The pool can sometimes get very crowded due to there only being one small pool for three buildings. Overall we made it work for the week but this is not a property I would consider renting again.

We really enjoyed our stay! So much so, that we’re booking again for next year! The location is great, the pool excellent and the bedroom setup was perfect. Laundry in the unit - must have for us - and updated leather furniture (small thing, but a definite bonus). No issues and was able to figure out the tv just fine. Great vacation!

The stay was good but there was some stuff that needed attention. Change the bathroom door in the master bedroom. It's one of those old fashioned sliding doors that doesn't shut or lock right. Also the master bedroom door doesn't shut when you try to lock it. We had problems flushing the toilet in the bathroom in the hallway. At times it wouldn't flush. Also you couldn't get channels on the tv in the guest bedroom. But the provided beach equipment was nice and it was clean.

The communication and check-in process was perfect! I believe the pictures were pre hurricane and need to be updated for a more realistic view. The carpet needs updating, but overall it worked for us. Thank you again for allowing us to stay!

Great location

The location of this condo is perfect. It’s nicely stocked and the furniture is nice and comfortable. It could easily be a 5 star with just a few improvements - new carpet in the bedrooms and a coat of paint would go a long way.

Terry was very attentive regarding everything AMI. Condo was just as described and pictured. We would definitely stay again, but would prefer to be on first level, rather than second. Wonderful vacation!
