We're sorry for the issues you faced. We stayed in constant communication with the building as we do not control the elevator, and we are not allowed to send repair men for the building only the condo that we manage and we are glad you enjoyed the condo and rated it well for cleaning and listing accuracy. We apologize for the issues, and the fact that the HOA evicted you for removing the blowers they had provided. Due to the well-being of the building they felt that they equipment was required. We did offer to move you when the leak was reported, and we wish you had accepted that offer.
