We visited this location for cruising the coast. And it was in the perfect spot to walk to downtown, enjoy the scenery, eat and drink. I HIGHLY recommend eating at the Lazy Oak Bistreaux. Very good! •The condo was very clean and organized. •The checkin/out process was one of the easiest we have ever experienced. We will definitely be back for a weekend getaway.

We had a fabulous time, very clean, and pet friendly! Very close to beach and downtown restaurants and shopping. I highly encourage renting a golf cart- it made it special! The pool was refreshing and well maintained. The deep end is very deep, so if you bring anyone who is not a strong swimmer, bring floaties!

Comfortable and clean condo. It was quiet and located in a great area to reach the good spots. Kitchen items were very basic with no welcome items which are not required but certainly a nice addition to a stay. Overall a very nice trip and a very nice place to stay. We would def stay again.

Everything was perfect at this well presented condo. Although we were in Ocean Springs for the sad passing of a dear relative, we felt like the condo was a sanctuary for us. It was conveniently located to our attorney and a lovely breakfast/lunch restaurant. The host was gracious and answered questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

Everything was wonderful! We did not utilize the pool, but enjoyed our stay in the condo. The only issue we had was that the machines in the laundry room take quarters, and there is no token machine that I could locate.

Chris communicated with me throughout the entire rental process. He supplied updated messages as our check in date approached. The check in information was easily understood and flawless. We found the unit neat and clean exactly as described. The area was nice and quiet. My mother and I spent two wonderful nights in this unit. The beds are very comfortable. We cooked breakfast in the complete kitchen. Nice cookware, utensils and Keurig coffee maker are available for your convenience. Do bring extra spices if you plan to cook. It is located near beach access as well as a short drive from downtown OS. We were provided instructions concerning the availability of coin laundry, but we didn’t take advantage of use of the laundry or the pool. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again.

Charming Condo

Porter #10 was perfect for our staycation. We were close enough to walk downtown and do all the things but far enough that we had quiet nights. The linen lounge was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking, towels and a nicely stocked kitchen.
