We had such a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend on the Oregon coast. The location was perfect for enjoying the beach, exploring the area, and making some great family memories.Everything was just as described, and the home made a great place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this Vrbo to others. We’d happily stay here again!

This home was a great set-up for a multigenerational family stay at the coast. It was the ideal home base for venturing out for coastal and river activities. The kitchen was well stocked. There were fun family games. It was clean, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. The host communication was easy and quick. Overall, we'd definitely return for a future trip to Gold Beach. Highly recommend!

A clean, quiet home close to everything! We loved our stay. Theresa has done a lovely job making her guests feel comfortable and added lots of thoughtful touches to the house so that guests will have everything they need. (Complimentary coffee, tea, toiletries, etc.). She was available by text or thru vrbo messaging to answer our questions quickly, which was greatly appreciated.

Chris and Theresa’s ocean view home was immaculate. When we walked in, we could tell that the hosts cared for this lovely home and their guests. This house was perfect for our family of 8 with enough room to spread out or be cozy. The kitchen is amazing and we used it for all of our weekend meals. Theresa and I had several messaging conversations, and I found her to be very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this house for families! Thank you to our hosts for helping make our family weekend so memorable.

What a beautiful home! This place had it all. So thoughtfully arranged and comfortable. There was extra coffee, napkins, and paper plates which we don't see often. Super clean and the beds were wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and great knives, pots, pans, dishes.We would definitely return to this awesome house!

The best rental we’ve had. Well stocked, information provided well ahead of arrival, contact with rental person GREAT. Any problems and I contacted her, except had to get the phone number directly to her from her to furnish additional information about things that might be up coming issues to another renter. VIRBO was less helpful than Theresa. Would love to work with her again. She was awesome!!Can you move the house to our next vacation area?…… ha ha ha

The property was perfect for our family getaway. Directions were easy as was getting the key and info about the house. Big modern kitchen, bedrooms were very nice and the house was furnished tastefully.Great location. Very comfortable home. Clean and spacious. It was nice to have the two separate areas since some of our group stays up late and others go to bed earlier. Owner was nice to work with and the checkout was easy. Would highly recommend.

My family (5 adults, 1 child & 2 dogs (1 Maltipoo & 1 German Shepherd) all had an Amazing time at this stunning home!! From pulling up to entering…it was definitely the Wow factor!! Everything was so clean, well organized, well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, bowls, etc. Along with a huge island with chairs & cabinets and a huge full sized bistro height table with approximately 10 chairs! The home was beautifully decorated throughout with a decorators nautical theme flowing from the two bedrooms (one is primary upstairs w/ flat screen TV) and room to room! Complete with Washer & Dryer set upstairs! Downstairs is set up like a 2 bedroom one bath apartment with full kitchen (no oven), full size refrigerator, washer& dryer, living room with adequate seating, flat screen TV and direct access to the fully fenced huge yard with lawn, flowers, mature trees for shade, patio w/ picnic table, chairs & barbecue!! It worked out perfectly for my daughter and her family w/ their German Shepherd. Everything was spotless! Lots of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. for each bathroom (3). Absolutely incredible! The cons? We had to leave! We all fell in love with this amazing home, the gorgeous neighborhood (The neighbors are SO nice!) and we can’t wait to come back Soon!!! Best vacation ever! I
