We are grateful to share that this beautiful 2 Bed 1 bath condo is Guest Ready!! It was not damaged by the storms and we are excited to start taking reservations again! The pool is open yet please note that the pool heater is not function. Also the lower floor condos are still under renovation.

Keep it simple at this stylishly modern beachside condo. Newly remodeled with sleek nautical style decor and furnishings, this 2 bedroom 1 bath second floor condo is a perfect retreat. A fully stocked galley kitchen with stainless appliances featuring center isle dining. Enjoy resort style amenities with a year-round heated pool, shuffle board and outdoor BBQ grills, all just a few steps away from Upham Beach. Beach essentials, parking pass for 1 vehicle, WiFi and smart TV's in every room.

Once you arrive at the beachside location, you will walk upstairs to your 2 bedroom condo on the 2nd Floor. Recently renovated, it performs as a very modern and well designed unit with a full kitchen, living, dining, 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a new king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances including a dishwasher and stocked with everything you need to cook your vacation meals.

There is a year round heated pool with WIFI, loungers and seating, shuffleboard courts, a grilling area, and several picnic tables. Beach access is directly across a few rows of parking for access within a minute or two. Included with the condo is beach equipment and a parking pass for one passenger vehicle.

You will be able to access our condo through an electronic lock with a personalized door code. I live within the beach community and if a situation arises, I am able to assist. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews and we are always available when needed.

- Primary Guest booking must be 23 years or older
- Absolutely no pets, no exceptions will be made!

- No illegal use of drugs on the property
- To prevent pests and odors, we request that you wash your dishes and take out the trash before you depart
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- 1 digital parking pass will be provided with the condo.
