Stunning house strategically located in the Canto do Sol condominium, Barra do Jacuípe. It has a restaurant, gym, sports court and games room. In addition, it has 24-hour security and parking.
The property is incredible! It has 3 air-conditioned and comfortable suites and 1 bedroom, a beautifully decorated living and dining room and a full kitchen and a wonderful gourmet area with a great swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor furniture.

**Water and electricity consumption is charged for reservations over 10 nights;
**A deposit of R$1500.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);
****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
