Ruime 4BR 3BA Villa met eigen zwembad & Spa met uitzicht op Conservation Area voor privacy.
Deze prachtige villa heeft een open, ruime lay-out met een volledig uitgeruste keuken en casual dining aan de ene kant en de woonkamer en formele eetkamer aan de andere kant. Exit om je privé gedeeltelijk overdekt zwembad dek door de Franse deuren rechtstreeks vanuit de woonkamer. Het zwembad en spa (gas Heat) kijkt uit over het natuurgebied en biedt extra privacy.
De slaapkamers zijn als volgt:
1 Master KING slaapkamer, ensuite bad, tv
1 Master QUEEN slaapkamer, ensuite badkamer, tv
2 TWIN slaapkamers met gedeelde badkamer, tv

We had an excellent stay. The place was beautiful. The pool did have bugs in it due to the screen being messed up on the top, but overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend due to the neighborhood and it being in close vicinity to town.

Great Location and Wonderful Host

Everything was perfect for our stay. Except the hot tub didn’t work and there was some screen missing. So it got a little buggy. Overall a very nice place.

A wonderful stay

We recently traveled to the area for a short family vacation and stayed at this property. Check-in/out was a breeze, Mark was always available if we had a question, the location was perfect for spending the day at the Disney parks, and the property was very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a great stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we find ourselves in the area!

Needs new furniture

Overall the stay was okay but could definetely use some updates. The master suites mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The vent in the masters bathroom was not working and the hot water was too hot. The living room couch was also extremely uncomfortable and the hot tub in the pool did not heat up. No cleaning supplies and there were ants! The layout for this house is good, having two ensuites is a plus and you cant beat the location.

Perfect getaway house

Better than the listing!

This house was great! Better than the pictures on VRBO. The kiddo loved the pool and the wilderness behind the house made it feel secluded even though it's just minutes from EVERYTHING! Thanks for a great stay!

Has just enough of what we needed. Pool, space, and location. Peace of mind and privacy. Didnt need too much giving we wasnt going to stay in the house all day. We was out and about almost everyday. Pool was great also

Anniversary Trip

We stayed here 4 night and i must say it was very nice. It was much bigger than we thought so we didnt use most of the house but the pool, big shower was definitely a plus. Would definitely stay again when coming to Florida. Also was 15 mins from Disney. Everything was extremely convient

Nice neighborhood, quiet. Pool in the back is semi private. Can see and hear neighbors on both sides. 6 beds, 3 full bathrooms, lots of space.

Awesome stay

The house was set up with all that we needed. The house had a “this is home” feel. All the information that we needed was on hand. The furniture was comfortable. Can not wait to stay here again.
