Overall my staying was great, very peaceful, clean, great location! No hot water though, but it was so sunny and warm outside, we didn't need it. There was some Sargassum close by and the smell was strong during the night. I will definitely staying again here.

The area is very isolated, in the evenings the area smells due to salt extraction point, and the facility should have access to the beach. There were some kayaks in the property but no access to it. Need to be more marketed and promoted. No good water pressure.Inside the apartment is nice and clean. I don’t know if the price matches what you are getting.

There were kakaks available but we did not use them. Kids went in the pool. Otherbthan power off (apparently it happens) everything was great. Instructions were great.

Loved the site and the communication was fantastic. We were only on the island for a short stay but loved the area and would return with more friends and family.

Great overnight!

I'm so happy we stumbled upon this spot. It's located inside of a condo property that is well maintained. Our space was absolutely beautiful. The tenant did a great job with communicating with us on evereverything.

This is a great spot if you want to be close to the nature reserve but will require driving to any restaurants. The area around seems to have been damaged severely by Maria and is mostly empty still in 2026. Very clean condo that has been updated recently. Hot water was very nice. AC worked well. Coffee provided and even a few snacks which was very nice and welcoming. We received texts with additional check in information and how to access the kayak from the property manager and they offered that there was a hammock available for us to use as well. We had a short stay but would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet base close to all the hiking and mtb adventure in this area. The pool was very clean but not totally filled. I'm not sure if it's recommended to use. Wifi worked well

Great stay, on ground floor, great pool, the closest you can get to the Cabo Rojo lighthose area

Great little one bedroom apartment, ground floor, and very easy access from the adjacent parking. As close as you can get to the pool also, which was great for us and our 8 year old son. The pool does not have a deep area, so that was great. The AC works great, and the building must have a generator because we were there during the island wide blackout, and we didn't even know until we left. We loved all the hermit crabs all over the place, big ones, small ones, so adorable. Also tried out the hammocks during the sunset, and that was awesome too. The owner/host was very responsive, and very nice. She was great to work with. The best reason to stay there is that you can't possibly stay any closer to the entrance to the very Instagram worthy cabo rojo peninsula area. The beach there is unbelievable and worth the hike out in the heat. We looped the entire area and it was insanely beautiful. You could walk from the vrbo, not even having to move your car to go out there. Will definitely stay again. Very clean property, the bathroom was obviously pretty newly renovated, beds were comfy. Remember that you're very close to the salt flats, so if that smell bothers you, (it didn't bother us, you get used to it and don't notice it anymore after about 10 minutes). I will add photos once I download them off of my gopro.
