Fantastic host, perfect communication! House was very comfortable and set up beautifully for three generations of family. Grandchildren especially loved the popcorn machine and the bunk bed room. Beds were comfortable, kitchen nicely equipped, outdoor grill and jacuzzi worked perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out in various family areas. Large dining table accommodated entire family for meals. Recommend this property highly!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood for our friends and family to enjoy a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration. The location is convenient to charming downtown Arvada with its great restaurants and cute local shops. It is even more convenient to several grocery stores, Walgreens and liquor store. The home was clean and the snacks and supplies were much appreciated, as was the large fenced in yard for our grand pup.

Red Rocks Concert

The host left us a snack basket with a personalized lovely welcome card. We weren’t there long, but the outdoor spaces were relaxing and the beds were clean and comfortable. The home had lots of space and felt like a home away from home.

We spent 5 nights at Lauran's vacation house and had a wonderful stay. The home is in a lovely neighborhood that's perfect for walks, and the location is very convenient for exploring different attractions in Colorado. The beautiful views and nearby activities made our trip even more enjoyable. A highlight for the kids was the backyard rabbit house—they loved spotting rabbits every day. Overall, it was a great place for a family vacation.

Husband's 50th birthday celebration

We had friends come in from out of town and needed a bigger place so we decided to stay here. The house was beautiful everything was comfortable and clean and soft. There was enough room for everyone to relax. They were quiet places if you needed to get away. The house was overall absolutely fantastic

Colorado Graduation trip

We had family members ranging from 18 up to 80 years on this trip. The hosts were awesome and responded to queries with in few minutes. The amenities are plenty and we used the porch, fireplace and hot tub frequently. The only suggestion for improvement would be for a powder room. Over-all the location and surrounding options are perfect.

Great overall stay

We really enjoyed this home. There are lots of rooms for everyone to spread out and have there own space. There are also great space to come together. We hing out by the fire, on the outside patio table, at the dinning table in the living room and watched a movie in the basement living room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and watching the neighborhood bunnies running around the yard! The outside yard games were fun too. Would recommend this stay.

Lots of Space and Amenities, Wonderful Hosts

We had a great stay at this property. The home is older but beautifully decorated and comfortable, with plenty of amenities and room for a large group. The owners were awesome, super helpful and incredibly responsive any time we had a question.The photos are a bit nicer than the home appears in person. The only issues we ran into were the upstairs bathroom shower backing up and quite a few bugs downstairs, which led to the kids sleeping upstairs for two nights. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the owners were!

We love doing everything that Colorado has to offer outdoors including hiking, fly fishing, rafting, mountain biking and snowboarding. Our love for hospitality was first inspired by our passion for community. We found that inviting friends and family into our home encouraged them to feel welcomed and loved, and that they always had a place to call home away from home. We hope that you feel the same! Arvada is a great little town in between Denver and the mountains, right off I-70, so the perfect location if you are wanting to experience both! The neighborhood itself is conveniently located as it is just 7 minutes to Olde Town Arvada, a super fun, walkable area with great restaurants and shops; The Arvada Center where you can see live theater and shows as well as a beautiful golf course are both just around the corner; and Boulder and Red Rocks are about 20 minutes away.

You can also soak in the 6-8 person hot tub, a much needed relaxing retreat after hiking or skiing! The massive fenced backyard is a great place for dogs or kids to run free and grownups to play yard games!
