A newly renovated executive suite in the best area - Yonge/Bloor. A bright and spacious unit with 9 foot ceilings, and hardwood floors throughout. This suite includes everything for a great stay: an ultra modern kitchen, comfortable living area, sleek dining table and chairs, a large bedroom with king size bed, grand bathroom with stand up shower and soaker tub. Includes a large backyard terrace! Truly is a rare find in one of the most popular locations of the city! Transit down the street!
A perfect space for guests that wants to be in a vibrant neighbourhood in Toronto. Enjoy hanging out on the couch while you watch TV, or browse the high speed wireless Internet - watch Netflix on your account.
The wonderful, modern kitchen is ready for anything you want to create. It's perfect for enjoying cocktails around or make a quick meal while you're on-the-go.
A spacious grand bedroom with a king sized bed is very comfortable and has fresh linens each time you stay. Sofa in the living room pulls out as a bed for extra guests.
A large bathroom with stand up shower and large soaker tub - amazing!
A terrace is in the back - sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine!

Guests have full access to the one bedroom apartment. It's not a shared space.
I'm never far away! Make sure to take advantage of everything this area has to offer.
Yonge/Bloor is a great area of the city! The apartment is within walking distance to many great attractions and things to do. You are in the heart of the best location in Toronto - amazing restaurants, shops and cafes are just outside your door. With public transit right outside, you can be anywhere else in the city within minutes.
Yonge/Bloor is a major subway hub for all destinations east and west, plus north and south. You can truly be anywhere in the city within minutes! It's a great area to walk and enjoy the many restaurants, shops and cafes. Enjoy!
To access the apartment, guests must climb one short flight of stairs. There is a public parking lot just down the street. The AC is for this unit is centrally controlled by the building.
No events or parties allowed. Please treat my home with the same respect and care as you do your own. It is important to be respectful of my neighbours - no noise after hours please. Also, no smoking of any kind in the suite - tobacco or cannabis. Checkout time is 11 am. Thank you.
If you are flying into Toronto Pearson International Airport, I strongly recommend taking the UP Express train into the city. It is a 25 min ride to Union Station and there is free wifi on board. My building is a short cab or Uber ride from there. It’s super convenient and you’ll avoid highway traffic!
There is a GoodLife gym a few blocks away, should you wish to workout during your stay.
- Please keep noise to a minimum especially after hours
- Only registered guests allowed in the suite
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed (tobacco, cannabis, or vaping)
- Please adhere to check in and check out times
