A few notes on your points: the listing specifies full-size beds throughout, including the side bed, along with room dimensions, so future guests have accurate expectations going in. The apartment is set up to comfortably sleep 4 guests; we noticed your party was 6, but our focus was on making sure everyone had a great stay regardless. Regarding traffic, we’re in a vibrant part of Chicago, and like any major city, some congestion is normal, especially near schools during the academic year. The kitchen does include an island with seating for two, though we understand a full table may be preferred, and we’ll take that into consideration. We had a same-day turnover before your check-in, and all beds were made up with fitted sheets and linens; the comforters were brought down that same day. We’ll also look into alternative mattress protector options for a more comfortable feel. As for the ants, this can occasionally happen in the summer months, and we intentionally avoid harsh chemicals to keep the space safe for guests, while still working to keep pests out. We take cleanliness and guest comfort seriously and appreciate feedback that helps us improve. We hope to host you again in the future.
