The tiny house was adequate space for 1-2 persons. Tight quarters for more than that. Beds were comfortable. No cushioned chairs inside, only stools for table seating. Fairly remote setting in the woods for a good nature getaway. Not far from hiking trails and parks.

Cozy, secluded retreat with special touches

I highly recommend this tiny house and I especially loved the small touches like coffee, sugar, creamer, a few snacks, Adirondack chairs, picnic table, and fire pit. The host was great with communication too. Comfortable for the two of us on a couples weekend getaway. Convenient to local restaurants with delicious menus, Desoto State Park, and a few shops for browsing. Would definitely come back!

5 stars, we already can’t wait to come back!

Everything about our stay is what we hoped- peaceful, clean, close to local attractions and at a great price. The space was just enough for myself, my husband, our preteen, and our dog and we were provided all the basic necessities for cooking as well as delicious complimentary coffee and goodies. At one point I thought our hot water was out and I texted Misty around 9pm, she called immediately and told me where the switch was and turns out we had accidentally kicked it off with our foot- her swift communication was VERY much appreciated after a long day sweating outside! 5 stars, we already can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful stay in Tiny Cub

If you need a comfy place to lay your head at night, a place to sit on the porch and drink your morning or evening beverage and enjoy the peace and sounds of nature, Tiny Cub is worth checking out. Spent the weekend with a friend where we solved all the world’s problems (and each others, too) on the front porch. The house is compact with all the essentials you need and within 5 minutes of downtown Mentone to grab a tasty meal.

Tiny Cub House is such a gem!!

The new Tiny Cub House was absolutely perfect for our visit to the Mentone area and we were thrilled to be lucky enough to be its first guests! It’s in a quiet, peaceful, wooded area away from the road where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and sit around the fire pit at night! The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed with everything you could need. They even provided a goody basket upon our arrival with coffee, teas, and snacks. My daughter, pup, and I enjoyed hiking and exploring but we couldn't wait to get back to this incredible, cozy retreat each day! Misti was fabulous to work with on our stay. I Highly reccommend the charming Tiny Cub House. It exceeded our expectations in every way!!
