From beginning to end, our trip to Wilmington, North Carolina was absolutely stupendous due to our host and his family’s wonderful home. The home was gracious and beautifully appointed. My wife and I would gladly rent this home again and highly recommend it to anyone who is considering coming down to Wilmington, North Carolina. It was a great stay.

Overall great place and location. The outside deck in back and backyard seating/grill area could use some TLC with general cleaning of seating area and leaf removal etc. Host was great communicator and responsive to questions.

Place is as lovely as the pictures. Cute neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and downtown. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen and extremely comfy beds. Hoping to return next year.

Super cute historical home. Well equipped and very walkable. Very roomy and comfortable space! Cute Coffe shop down the street for a morning stroll. Per host recommendations we tried Rx chicken and oyster that was at the end of the block. So good! Loved walking everywhere and close to beach! We would stay here again!

Lovely house with spacious rooms, comfy beds, and plenty of kitchen and bathroom amenities to make you feel at home. The host, Mike, was very communicative and suggested some great local restaurants. We only wish there had been a a visitor's book to write our thanks as well as check out suggestions from previous visitors. A tea kettle would have also been appreciated, but the kitchen was definitely stacked with plenty of amenities, including a coffee machine. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would certainly recommend staying here.

We spent a week in this very convenient and comfortable home and it was amazing! The location was great - just a couple of blocks to some of the best restaurants in Wilmington and 5 blocks to the RiverWalk. The house was very clean, well stocked and the communication was great. We will return!

Coming back home!

This home was so lovely and within walking distance to the riverwalk and many restaurants. We had plenty of space for our group. The neighborhood felt safe enough to walk at night. We would definitely recommend this home if you are looking to explore downtown Wilmington and the riverwalk.

Fantastic house in Wilmington's Historic District

Charming, historic house in the best neighborhood of Wilmington. The river walk is a few blocks away, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Check in and communication with Mike was super easy and we didn't have any issues or problems, but I'm sure he would've attended to them immediately. The house was clean, neat and well cared for. We will definitely stay here again.

PERFECT HOME to Experience Wilmington

Beautiful and spacious home in the Historic District. 3 FULL bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. I traveled with my family (wife and kids), my parents, and my mother-in law for the beach. We were looking for a space to relax after the beach, but this house and its location gave us much more. It was a very relaxing and accommodating place to unwind.The house is sizable, with a large backyard, friendly front porch, and surprising deck off the master bedroom. The house keeps the historic architecture while also being updated tastefully. This is the house you want to rent if you are visiting Wilmington. My family and I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Great job!
