ok,,, Marti is one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with, she is so sweet and responsive, property is great location and fun fishing, you have your own fishing duck.. means shared with other tenants but it's private and belongs to the building, we had fun and caught good size red drum there aside from the smaller ones. close to everything, and in walking distance to everything in clearwater beach. very outdated and needs immediate attention: door needs to be adjusted and fixed ASAP. AC may needs to be replaced ASAP. aside from that, this stay was what i needed for a short unplanned vacation that i could afford.. thank you Marti 3

The complex was on the water. Aging facility in real need of upgrade. Balcony wood to room flexing and uneven. Door to room did not seat well in frame. Interior was old but clean. Ceiling cracked, very old and loud AC unit in wall. Bathroom very old with limited soap, shampoo. No blow drier available. Did not feel safe or secure. Not restful. Left and stayed with a friend instead.

When we arrived and saw the condition the property was in we immediately canceled. I wouldn’t let a homeless person stay there.

Great spot

Being just two blocks from the beach, this was a great alternative to the nearby beach hotels. Nice and quiet location, and view to the east to see the sunrise. Everything I needed for a place to crash for a few nights!

Perfect location & Amazing hosts

Great location. We walked to everything. The hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. While this isn't a 5-star resort, it was perfect for our needs. We will definitely come back.

Very outdated, structural cracks in the ceiling extremely loud air conditioning unit. If I didn’t have earplugs, I wouldn’t have been able to sleep - then if somebody is sitting in the living room, watching TV, the light beams into the bedroom with no way to cover it. Good location out of the hustle and bustle of the boulevard and close to everything.

Perfect for my solo trip

The location was great for a quiet getaway. It was away from the noise and traffic of downtown, but still within walking distance. Close to beach access and a beautiful bay view. The unit has everything I needed to cook a few meals. The owner was very kind and helpful. I will definitely stay here again

Great location on the beach

Really loved the location of the property... Wasn't on the beach but it was a very short walk across the street to the beach. The property itself was definitely older but it was clean and very cozy. I probably wouldn't stay there with kids but for a couple, it was fine.

Cozy apartment

My husband and grandson enjoyed their weekend stay to attend a beach wedding. Marta answered any questions I had for them quickly. Lots to do within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and A/C worked perfectly to keep them cool.

Long weekend getaway!!!

This was a great place for my college son and girlfriend. They were so accommodating and helpful. They had no car and close to everything. They had a great time and we would rent from them again. Great time!! Thank you so much.

Won't do this again

When we pulled up to the building my words were "what the hell have I done?" The building looks run down, the deck is collapsed, from the outside there is a room on the first floor where the blinds and in bad shape. Overall, the outside is scary to someone just pulling up and walking around. We arrived early and pulled away and began researching other options knowing that we'd lose our money on the stay. Because it was "Easter break" most everything was sold out or so expensive we just couldn't take the loss and put out more money. We drove back and my wife and I looked at the inside of the room. It's obviously a very old facility. The ceiling is peeling, the TV is the size of a computer screen, again everything is VERY old and there was an open bag of ice in the freezer (among other things). And, I asked the host about any issues with the neighborhood (because we just didn't feel safe) and the host said never any issues unless it was just one person and they apparently know that person. Not having a choice, we stayed for 3 nights. Now the positives: the communication was great (except they show the positive pictures and none of what I just wrote). The room was clean. It is close to everything and within walking distance to Pier 60 and plenty of eating places. We parked truck and didn't move it for 3 days (and nothing happened to our vehicle.) Not right for us but may be for you - price is right but you get what you pay for!

The place needed lots of updates and cleaning. Bathroom ceiling is about to fall down. Bath tub handles were filthy. No GFI in bathroom next to sink, has a two prong plug. No exhaust fan and no screen in window. Heater vent in kitchen was so dirty as the refrigerator was also. Fire extinguisher next to stove expired in 2022. Whole area around air conditioner was rotted wood. Good size space at the top of front door. I could go on and on. The only positive is the location was great.
