This property was right on the beach and exactly what we needed to relax. It was just what we were looking for, not touristy and very quiet area!

It's the view that pictures cannot do justice! Everything was great with the house and pool,especially the porches. Only 2 drawbacks.1) Alot of stairs the house needs an elevator..lol.2)The grill wasn't clean,no biggie we just cooked in the kitchen which was very nice.Lastly,there were little personal touches like little welcome gifts,which were very thoughtful and appreciated.

Great location, comfortable, nicely decorated & furnished. There is an outdoor shower but unfortunately no downstairs bathroom.Pool nice sized & very clean. Easy access to beach & no sand burrs!Could use more closet hangers, long mirrors, bath towel/clothing hooks.Overall excellent- so much so, we already reserved for next year!!

The pool was the perfect size for the kids to enjoy, and the views of the beach and St. Vincent Island were absolutely amazing. Watching the pelicans glide over the ocean each morning was one of our favorite parts of the stay.Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. This area of the beach was peaceful and offered a refreshing change of pace from the more crowded beaches along the western Florida Panhandle.If you’re looking for stunning views, peace and quiet, and easy beach access, this is the place for you. Nearly every room in the house offers beautiful ocean views, making it easy to enjoy the scenery throughout your stay.

The pool need attention and after that was taken care of it was much better. Pump was acting up due to lack of back wash needed. Mattress on main floor needs replaced period. Other beds were excellent and very comfortable. Pans were bad. Bring your own if you intend to use any. Over all. The house was nice and worked well with having kids and privacy. Property is perfect for capturing beach life. Clean, family oriented living, beach front, ocean at your door step and a pool to relax in morning to night. Beach was clean and not crowded. Would absolutely stay here, again.

We had a wonderful week at the beach and enjoyed the house. Some items had issues - broken toaster, coffee maker, fridge door, grill was very dirty, No batteries in any remotes. Rental company was responsive; however, I feel like these items should have been in working order. We requested checkout at noon rather than 10 am. Response was “yes” with 75 fee. I asked for complimentary due to issues above and we also had to wait to check in because house cleaning was not finished. Was told they understood and would get back to me. Never got a response. Overall, we did enjoy the home but not sure about the rental management company.

Housecleaners did a good job.Property has roaches inside. You can see visible peeling paint both inside and out.In none of the 4 bedrooms is there a place to sit.Master bath has a single towel rack, no hooks. Window shades are falling down or disintegrating. I would not have booked this property if I knew what the inside was like.

This was our first trip to the Port St Joe area and we couldn’t have asked for a much better experience. The beach in front of Beachfront Blue rental home was among the nicest of all the beaches we visited in the area, so there wasn’t much need to travel elsewhere. It was never even remotely crowded on the beach. Plus, I had some pretty decent luck surf fishing right out in front of the house.The house itself is well appointed. The pool was fantastic and maintained frequently (cleaned twice during our stay). Most of the necessities were provided in the kitchen, although I’d recommend bringing your own frying pan if you’re particular about using good cookware.About the only reasons we left the house were to pick up a few supplies and go out to eat. The General Store was very convenient for bait, beverages and a variety of other necessities. And there were several great places to eat in the area. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Beachfront Blue immensely and would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an ocean front experience.
