We had such an amazing time here. It was the perfect spot to host our family vacation and was in the perfect location to give us privacy while being close enough to lots of places for activities.

Clean, spacious, cozy, and plenty of love and care put into this place! Generous amenities, even little details like good brands of tea bags and nice smelling soaps / shampoos. A few suggestions to people planning on booking: If you plan to use the large table to play games, you might want to bring any cushions you have (the chairs are rather hard). Check the corners of bathtubs, toilets, and bedrooms for spiders if they bother you. If you sleep hot, you might want to bring some of your own lighter blankets. And not all the rooms have fans, so bring some of you depends on them. Lastly, if you intend to use the upstairs room and members of other family might stay up late, bright earplugs. The upstairs doesn't have a wall so all the noise comes right through.

The house was beautiful views are amazing the house was cleaning and everything went smoothly. The renter was super responsive to anything we needed and super friendly.

Family Time!

Our family that consisted of seniors, a couple of kids, teens and adults had a great time this weekend! There was plenty of room and we were able to enjoy nature by hiking the Gorge trail and raft the river. The host was incredible and there was great communication. It is next to a farm with cows. This may be a place to consider on a yearly basis for family gatherings. Thanks!

There was a problem with the hot tub due to damage by their prior guest. The host let me know about it ahead of time. There were some minor housekeeping issues, but we had a great time. The cabin was spacious for the 12 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was too cold to spend much time outside, but the pool table and games provided plenty of entertainment. All the windows gave us beautiful views of the ever changing skies.

Eric was a great host, answering all our questions and being available if we needed anything. The kitchen was so much bigger than it looks in the photos, and stocked with a lot of essentials. Everything was very clean and tidy. The furniture was comfortable. There's was tons of space for 5 couples and one baby, and having a bathroom on every level was incredibly convenient. Canoeing and kayaking places were very close by, and downtown Loudonville is such a cute, quaint area to stroll through. The Farmers Market on Saturday was a delight. A couple grocery stores and some fast food places and restaurants were within a 10 minute drive. Even though so many things were close, it was still isolated enough to enjoy our privacy.
