Thank you for the nice review. As the title mentions the beach and the restaurants are about 50 meters away from Las Brisas (1 minute walk with a slight slope). The swimming pool is cleaned in the morning (6am) Monday-Saturday and great to take laps.

It was a pleasure having you at Villa #2 and I did have the door lock on the main floor fixed. Yes, "Mi Casita de Mariscos" across the street is the best seafood restaurant in Playa Hermosa. Many people drive for many miles to enjoy Chef Marios' delicious plates.

Yes there is complimentary access to the Condovac Resort next door for all my Guests to enjoy all the amenities. The Guests really love the beautiful views of Playa Hermosa from the Infinity pool. The trip to Rincon Vieja is always fun with different activities to do such as horse back riding, mud baths, tubing down Rio Negro and zip-lining. It's about a 30 minute drive from the town of Liberia. Please bring your family for more adventures in Costa Rica.
