Een onvergetelijke uitje met een Puerto Ricaanse wacht in dit 3-slaapkamer, 2-bad vakantie appartement in Loiza, die 7 slaapt. Als onderdeel van Aquatika kunt u genieten van de geweldige voorzieningen op het terrein, waaronder gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, hot tubs, speeltuinen, tennisbanen, half basketbalvelden en een minigolfbaan. Geniet van eenvoudige toegang tot een van de zwembaden net buiten de deuren van het appartement, plus toegang tot het privéstrand. De 1400 vierkante meter-eenheid is ongeveer 30 minuten verwijderd van Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport!

Bij aankomst weet je dat je in het paradijs bent aangekomen! Als u het lichte, open indeling appartement binnenkomt, ziet u de keuken en eetkamer. De volledig uitgeruste keuken biedt roestvrijstalen apparaten, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om een heerlijke maaltijd te bereiden. De eettafel in de buurt biedt plaats aan 6 personen.

De woonkamer heeft een comfortabele sofa en fauteuil, evenals een flatscreen kabel-tv, waar u kunt ontspannen na een leuke dag in de zon.

Ga vanuit de woonkamer naar het balkon met uw favoriete drankje om na te denken over uw reis en geniet van de frisse lucht.

Als het tijd is om te ontspannen, krijg je een goede nachtrust in een van de comfortabele slaapkamers. Twee van de slaapkamers hebben queensize bedden, en de derde slaapkamer heeft drie aparte bedden, waardoor het ideaal is voor kinderen of vrienden. Bovendien zijn alle slaapkamers voorzien van airconditioning, voor nog meer comfort tijdens uw verblijf.

Vanuit dit fantastische appartement bevindt u zich op een steenworp afstand van een van de vijf zwembaden in het complex, waar u kunt zwemmen in het schitterende zwembad.

Het Aquatika-complex biedt alles wat je nodig hebt; je mag nooit het terrein verlaten! Er zijn vijf gemeenschappelijke zwembaden, waaronder kleinere zwembaden voor kinderen. Voor een rustgevende blik, ga naar één van de drie bubbelbaden. Voor een vriendelijke wedstrijd zijn er twee tennisbanen en twee halve basketbalvelden.

Op een steenworp afstand van het appartement is een prachtig privéstrand, alleen toegankelijk voor gasten van het Aquatika-complex. Met het strand zo dichtbij, zul je zeker veel duiken, surfen, zwemmen en andere wateractiviteiten vinden.

Als de honger toeslaat, ga je in het weekend naar Gery's Tropical Bar & Grill.

Mocht u ervoor kiezen om het gebied te verkennen, zult u iets vinden dat past bij alle smaken. Gelukkig voelen? Ga 20 minuten naar El Conquistador Casino of Rio Mar Casino. Ga winkelen in de Belz Factory Outlets op 10 minuten afstand of het winkelcentrum Plaza Las Americas op 30 minuten afstand.

We enjoyed our stay, but it took us a little time to navigate where to go for groceries and restaurants. We were a little disappointed that the lazy river was closed.

Family trip.

Nice place to stay. It is not close to town, which we were aware of so you need to be prepared to drive 30 or 40 minutes if you want to get to San Juan. Great access to the beach and it was pretty low-key which is what my nieces were looking for. We went to a lot of local places and a great food everyday.

Nice place!

Overall this was a lovely property and the amenities of the resort were very nice. We loved the pools, the beach, the mini golf and basketball court. The apartment is as advertised, and we appreciated that it was stocked with beach accessories to use and sports equipment. Unfortunately the lazy river is under construction so it is closed currently. The only problem was that the porch area was not usable. The drain did not function so the porch was flooded with about 0.5 in of standing water, leading to lots of mosquitos if you open the sliding door. We were still able to have a nice stay despite this.

Unit was well appointed, clean and full of fun equipment for use in the resort. Black stone grill was a real plus. A/C throughout was comfortable when you regularly empty the dehumidifier. The guest host was very responsive to a minor issue my family had a delightful stay. Lots of water venues for children and adults, along with access to the private beach on the ocean. Would stay there again!

Great location for a group of 6

We had a fantastic time. The complex is well maintained. Apartment is super clean. On site security and permited. The manager was super responsive. Maybe the best ever and we have stayed in some nice locations. Plenty of room in the kitchen. Wifi was better than home. Large TV. Lots of pool toys. Appliances and kitchen were perfectly setup. AC. Laundry. Nicely stocked tiny market near the entrance. Ready to head back.

Great place!

It was a great family fun get away. The place was clean and not busy and great location . People and staff were polite and helpful. The only thing is there is not many restaurants close by so meal planning would be recommended for some of the busy day.

Great family time!

Condo was very clean, equipped with chairs for the beach, cooler and pool toys for kids! I would definitely stay here again! Lots of pools and the private beach is just a short walk. I wish there was an on-site restaurant or snack bar so we wouldn’t have to leave all the time for food or to go to the grocery store.

This place was great for our stay with the grandkids. Lots of pools, access to the ocean,playgrounds. Being able to stock our own food was a plus. Drawbacks were that the bathrooms were not very well cleaned and the mattresses should be replaced.

Will definitely go back!

Everything was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed some time at the resort but spent a lot of time away visiting sites. The pools were excellent. The beach too. We loved having the extra space that a hotel room doesn't offer. Enjoying drinks in the kitchen and living room area. Having 2 bathrooms.

Perfect family vacation

10/10 condo was spotless and well stocked with extras. Tons of pool/beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, beach towels, coolers, baby floaties, tubes, adult floating chair, basketball, putt putt equipment). Kitchen had everything you need( pots/pans, cups/plates, coffee makers, large insulated cups)even a electric flat top grill on the patio. Condo is right next to one of the pools. Washer/dryer with soap stocked was a big plus. Really anything you would need is in this house. The humidity is thick in PR but the humidifier in the hallway was great on controlling this. Just make sure you empty it out every few hours. Bodega at the entrance to the complex has everything you need but there is also a full size grocery store in Rio Grande about 13 minutes from the condo. My family loved this place and will definitely be back.

The apartment was dirty, the owner of the apartment never answered emails, texts or calls. The apartment is full of cockroaches and insects. I will not recommend this location/apt to anyone

Condo great but had roaches

Booked condo at Auqatika for the week. We loved the condo, with the exception of having roaches! We found one first full day we was there, but hoped it was a fluke. We found 5 total before leaving. The condo was dirty when we arrived (not disgusting or nasty - just dirty, but thankfully they had plenty of cleaning supplies there so I cleaned it up easily. The property manager explain the water had been off periodically leading up to arrival so that was most likely the reason, so he said he’d refund cleaning fee - which we haven’t seen yet. We would have loved the condo had the roaches not been there! Pools were nice. Fully gated neighborhood in not so great location but we did feel safe.

This condo is right in the middle of the complex which would be good to know. It would have also been good to know that many nearby places were closed permanently, and some others only open on the weekends. That being said, a rental car is a must if you even need basic groceries or sunscreen etc... We loved the setup of the condo, being ground floor was nice for elderly. Also there are two parking spots that go with this unit, not just one as the listing says. Unfortunately some of the things we were excited to use were not usable such as the lights at the basketball court (huge bummer for our teens), the fountains, and the putt putt was in really poor shape almost not usable. This unit had an issue with mildew smell, but we could tell an effort was made to get some of the humidity out of the air so I am not sure much more could be done about that. Overall was a good experience. We left two boogie boards and 6 lazy river tubes so hopefully the next people can get some use out of those.

A few tweeks and it could have been 5 stars

We arrived and checking was easy enough, about a 40 minute ride from the airport. The condo itself was cute, but had a weird smell to it, that even after mopping ourselves we were unable to get rid off. The TV was missing a remote. so we were unable to use it during our stay, which honestly wasn't a big deal except for when the NBA finals started. The pools were a nice reprieve from the hot sands on the private beach. The major problem was there were days in which we did not have any water. Apparently they were rationing water, but did not let us guests know in advance. From 7pm to 5am, there was no water for 3 days straight. People were going to the pool with buckets just so they could flush the toilet. Communication would have been key here, but the timing of the water shut down was a poor choice.

The pools were excellent, loved having a pool right outside our room. The condo was clean, had all of the kitchen stuff needed, 6 beach towels, 4 bath towels, washer and dryer with laundry soap, float toys, 2 coolers & camping chairs. We did see 3 small cockroaches come through the kitchen but that’s expected in tropical places. There is only 1 hot tub and the slide is only open on sat/Sunday and they didn’t open it until 10:30-11am. The beach gate was suppose to be open from 5am-6pm but we went out first day at 6:30am and 8:30am and still not open. The covid rules are outdated. There is also no water shortage as described on the welcome email, thankfully. The beach at the hotel was ok, we swam once and played in the waves but not calm for small kids. The surrounding neighborhood was very run down and sketchy but the property is gated and felt very safe inside. Location to activities was pretty good. Everywhere you drive is pretty slow moving. There was excellent & quick communication from the owner. I would definitely stay again and would consider buying a condo here in the future.

Worst property I've ever stayed in

I travel quite frequently and have stayed in some remote and "off-the-beaten-path" places, and this was by far the worst. Upon check-in, we were never told our actual room number, so I had to call and leave a voicemail for the property contact, whom didn't respond for at least an hour. Thankfully my wife found the parking space number buried in an email and we decided that had to be the room number. We found our room and were greeted with a dead cockroach when opening the door. I brushed it off as I understand there are bugs in warm climates. I've seen cockroaches here and there at even the most high-end resorts. It happens. But not like this..... there were cockroaches everywhere. In the cabinets, in a small foldable stool, in the dishwasher (which we didn't discover until the last day as we never used it during our stay). All of these cockroaches were alive! I have pictures and videos of all of this. I addressed these matters and was refunded the cleaning/extermination fee, however I do not believe this property was even cleaned prior to our stay. It was very dirty and dusty under all the beds and along the edges where the walls meet the floor. I even found a toenail clipping in the top drawer of the dresser in the bunk room. Ew! This was also the least stocked property I've ever stayed in. This property sleeps 7 people, however there were 3 bath towels and 4 beach towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. No extra sheets or blankets. The bedrooms are very small, the pictures of this property are very deceiving. The actual grounds of the resort are acceptable, however the pools were always full of leaves, bugs and a dead bird. There are approximately 5 pool chairs so you need to bring your own chairs to the pool. The beach is quite a walk from this property but it was very nice, small and quite. As far as where this property is located in relation to the airport, its pretty far, but we found many beautiful beaches on that side of the island that were not a far drive.

Lovely stay

The condo was clean and well stocked with towels linens 2 beach chairs and beach equipment, kitchen equipment. It was very comfortable for our family of 6. The outside pool areas were amazing. Very relaxing and fun at night with the colored lights everywhere. the small beach area accessible on site was small but picturesque and felt like our own private beach. The town outside the gate was a little intimidating but we never felt unsafe. The drive to old town San Juan was approx 45 min and to El Yungue approx 25 min. A great stay and a gem of a place!

We loved the beach and pools were really nice, enjoyed having access to beach chairs and boogie boards in our unit. Spacious enough for 6 people. We felt safe on property and it was easy to park and get to fun destinations with our rental car.

Don't hesitate to book!

Newbie travel agent here. Love reading reviews so I knew I had to write one for our stay at Aquatika. We had a great stay here with 6 adults. Slightly leery based on the other reviews I had read, but it met all of our expectations. The condo was clean, it had all the major supplies and appliances needed for our stay. The grounds and the pools were well kept. Check in was easy, and the communication with the host was fairly quick. Would stay here again!
