The property was great but be careful about the fees. I had a pet on the reservation and the property manager, Costal vacation rentals, charged me a fee out of my damage deposit. Costal Vacation Rentals told me Im lucky they didnt keep my entire deposit.

Excellent location with the best view in Pismo, and easy two minute walk to beach access. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. We will be back

Great location, clean and has all your needs

Our family stayed here during a corgi beach day weekend and had a great time. The place is clean and comfortable with great views. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you are looking to park in the garage, it will be a real challenge with a mid to large SUV. The drive isle is so small and tight we just ended up parking on the street. If you want to get your steps in, this is the place. You will have to lug your luggage/food/drinks or whatever you bring up a flight of stairs to get into the condo, and then another flight and a half of stairs to get to the living and kitchen area. It was a nice stay, but I would probably find a single story next time. Also, in the description of this unit under Amenities under "Climate" it says heat. They should also add a line item that says " no cooling or air conditioning". The weekend we happen to visit was by all means not typical as temperatures were in the 90's, however it would have been nice to have air conditioning as it didn't cool down until sunset. But overall this is a real nice place.

Great space and views close to DT Pismo

My friends and family greatly enjoyed our stay. Lots of stairs, but the fact that it was so close to downtown and the beach allowed us to just walk to enjoy everything Pismo had to offer. Comfy beds, happy to the two bathrooms.

2nd time we have stayed, great view and location! No car needed. Weather was perfect. Only comment, middle bedroom, decorated nicely, but mattress is a bit soft in the middle.

Great Beach Escape

We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway to Pismo. Very close to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. The roof top seating area and view were great. Absolutely would stay here again.

We were able to walk to the beach every day and then walk downtown for coffee, cinnamon rolls or lunch. This home is close to everything - the stairs to the beach, downtown Pismo and Price Street for more restaurants. There are also two garages for your use. The main living area is on the third floor, so you can eat and watch the waves from the dining room table. The beds were comfy, lots of supplies and we were able to cook a couple of gourmet meals in the kitchen.
