CENTER ISLAND ENKEL OVER DE STRAAT VAN HET STRAND !!!

VRAAG NAAR PRIJZEN VOOR GOLFWAGEN VERHUUR MET DE VILLA!

Geniet van wat je altijd voor ogen had dat een eiland zou moeten zijn! Rijd langs de aanlegsteiger gefilmd in 'Forest Gump' op weg naar het eiland. Geniet van het grote prachtige strand dat is gefilmd in 'Prince of Tides'. Bezoek het gebied dat verschillende lokale beroemde auteurs inspireert!

Smaakvol ingericht, ons herenhuis appartement is zeer ruim met een open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken. Het uitzicht vanaf de muur van ramen in de woonkamer kijkt uit over het moeras naar de jachthaven. Prachtige zonsondergangen! De hoofdslaapkamer heeft een king size bed, inloopkast en hoofdbad. Er is een tweepersoons slaapbank in de woonkamer en een ligbad op het eerste niveau ook voor gasten die gebruik maken van de slaapbank. Voor vier personen comfortabel. Onze herenhuisvilla heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken en wasruimte.

Fripp Island is een privé, omheind eiland met schone, rustige stranden die geweldig is voor gezinnen of gewoon om even weg te zijn van het stressvolle dagelijkse leven! Het is een klein eiland met diverse dieren in het wild waar je vanaf de noordkust dolfijnen kunt zien, golfen bij Lady's Island Country Club of gewoon kunt ontspannen op het strand - het is aan jou om te kiezen! Bezoek zeker de vele restaurants, antiekwinkels, bakkerijen, chocoladewinkels en bistro's van Beaufort in de buurt of maak een dagtocht naar Charleston, Savannah of naar de outletwinkels in Bluffton!

Nice condo, beautiful views
We had a great stay here! Furniture was all very comfortable, everything was clean, and the porch gets shade during the hottest part of the day so it's still nice to sit outside.

The condo was the cleansed place I have ever rented for a week. Was exactly has presented. It was the perfect place for a couple. The TV service. roku, left a lot to be desired. Other than that, I would stay here again, You could tell by the way the place was maintained that the people you were dealing with are the best. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. We hadn't been back to Fripp since 2020. We were extremely excited to be back. Jean was very quick to respond to getting a guest pass for a day. We had zero issues with the condo and it was in the perfect location. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely unit and nice stay
We were pleased with the decor, the view and the well-furnished kitchen, plus the attentiveness of our host. Fripp was not our cup of tea but the Atlantic Ocean and the deer made up for that. A bit of a walk to the beach, but that suited us fine. Did I mention the view?

Perfect condo for two adults as long as you can climb the stairs. Clean, well stocked with everything you need. Enjoyed another great week at Fripp Island.

We enjoyed our stay, always enjoy Fripp every time we go. Villa was clean, everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Golf cart broke down but Jean got us a replacement in no time. Would rent from her again

Beautiful view, convenient location
I’ve been visiting Fripp for 45 years and this is probably the best 1BR stay I’ve seen. Clean villa, good kitchen, beautiful view and a short walk to the beach and pool. Just note that you’ll need to somehow get a Fripp amenities card to get into the pool areas, play golf or access any of the rentals.

Perfect location for everything on the island.
Perfect for two people. Location just across street from beach and large pool and food court. We had small minor problem and owner was quick to respond to issue. Resolved immediately. New flooring in bedroom and new furniture in living room. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen and unit was spotless. Would not hesitate to stay again. Jean is a very concerned owner and a pleasure to deal with.

Fripp Island is wonderful place for vacation. 228 Tennis Villa is a very good location. Good for cost of rental. Owner is very prompt and easy to talk to. Need new lines and desperately need bathroom towels. Carpet in bedroom needs to be replaced. Has Clorox spots on big area leading to bathroom. Lots of seating in living room and dining room.

Affordable and good location.
This property has a great location with fantastic marsh views and stunning sunsets. Host was extremely fast with communication. Furnishings and linens, etc., are very outdated, however still a great place to stay for the price.

Wonderful villa for an excellent beach vacation.
Perfect location for beach access. Clean villa and excellent communication with owner. Lots of animals to see on the island which was awesome especially for our kids. Made for the best vacation my family has had.

Great location!
We had one of our best vacations here! The property is located close to the beach and Central to everything else on the island. The owners are very friendly and offered great suggestions of nearby restaurants to try.
