The boathouse on the Creek was cozy, very romantic and one of the more peaceful places we have ever stayed at. Can’t wait to go back as we did not wanna leave.

The only problem was a lot of spiders. The fresh eggs were a nice surprise. The girls and I enjoyed our time by the water.

Simply amazing for 1 or 2 people. Recommend for a relaxing and fun get away.

This quaint boathouse-turned-boutique-luxury apartment on the water was a wonderful getaway for my wife and I. The weather didn’t cooperate for our anniversary , but that didn’t matter. we loved sitting on the water watching the crab trap and the Grey Heron and other birds go by while enjoying the mini fire at the sitting area. we would have loved the larger firepit had the weather been dry. parking was easy once, driving right over to the sandy lot. The fresh ground coffee and snacks were an extra special treat while we played games and enjoyed the nature out the window. There was plenty to do nearby, even got a game of pickleball in with a quick drive down to O.C. and Captain Mac’s is still the best seafood in our opinion. Plenty of dining options nearby and local churches on Sunday morning. Thank’s Skip, for a great visit!

Perfect getaway for a long weekend. We did not want to leave. Close enough to the beach, but so quiet it seems a world away. Skip & Lea are wonderful hosts.

This place was absolutely idyllic! The incredible attention to detail was evident everywhere. While the cottage is compact, it’s beautifully curated and creates a truly memorable experience. Thank you to the hosts for their thoughtful care in creating such a lovely space.

Bliss and Comfort

We absolutely loved this vacation boathouse! The property is just beautiful and everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and more. It’s a slice of heaven! You won’t be disappointed with the distance to any location for groceries or even the beach!

This is my idea of paradise. I loved that the water was practically at our doorstep. Having access to the kayaks, paddle boards, and fire pits made it a memorable and fun week. Every little detail of our comfort seemed to be thought about and accommodated for. We hope to be back!

This place was beautiful and tranquil. Right on the water. We even got lucky enough to sit and watch a thunderstorm pass by from inside the boathouse through the large glass door. Overall it was an amazing experience. You won’t regret coming for a stay.
