Beautifully remodeled condo with lovely heated pool and area, hot tub, and sauna. Close to old town and all the fun that happens there! And directly across the street from Sprouts market, Club Pilates and several great restaurants. Fabulous location, great host. Thank you, Derek for providing a really nice place to stay! We LOVED our stay at this property! The condo is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for your stay, including coffee, waters, pool towels etc. The furniture seems brand new and is all very comfortable. The proximity to Old Town Scottsdale is great, and the location inside the condo unit is great too - it's a very short walk from the parking to the elevator to the unit. My husband and I much preferred our stay here to any hotel room we've stayed at while in town to visit family. We will be back!

Hi there! I'm based in Arizona and work quite a bit, so when I get the chance to travel, I really appreciate staying somewhere clean, calm, and thoughtfully set up; and that’s exactly what I wanted to create for guests here in Scottsdale.

This condo is a place to unplug, relax, and enjoy everything the area has to offer, whether you're here for work or play. I’m not always in town, but I make sure the space is ready for you to feel right at home. Hosting is my way of sharing a space that’s designed with care and attention to the little things that make a stay more comfortable.

Waarom de eigenaar deze accommodatie gekozen heeft

We chose this neighborhood because it truly offers the best of Scottsdale—walkability, convenience, and a laid-back local vibe. Everything you need is just steps away, from your morning coffee at Starbucks to fresh groceries at Sprouts, shopping at TJ Maxx, and countless restaurants and bars. Plus, being within walking distance to Giants Spring Training Stadium makes it the perfect spot for baseball fans.

We love how peaceful and safe the community feels, while still being close to all the action. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or catch a game, this neighborhood gives you a little bit of everything, with easy access to trails, golf, and downtown Scottsdale just a short drive away.

Wat deze accommodatie uniek maakt

Our condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful touches that make guests feel instantly at home. What sets it apart is the newly remodeled interior paired with an adjustable king-size bed—a rare find in a one-bedroom space. We’ve stocked the kitchen with over 30 condiments and all the essentials so you can actually cook and enjoy meals without missing a thing.

The location is also unbeatable—walking distance to Scottsdale’s best shops, restaurants, Spring Training Stadium, and more, yet tucked into a quiet, peaceful community with access to a pool, spa, and gym.

We’ve designed this space to be more than just a place to sleep—it’s a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy Scottsdale like a local.
