We made every effort to ensure you felt supported, communicating with you before your arrival and remaining attentive and responsive to your concerns throughout your stay and until your departure. The stairs and the three steps at the front of the home were communicated to you before your visit. When you raised concerns about the heating, we promptly arranged for our maintenance technician to visit, clean the mini-split filter, and assess the system. He confirmed improved heat output, and the indoor temperature was 73°F when he arrived. We shared this information with you and offered a $100 courtesy credit for the inconvenience. Once you confirmed you were leaving early, we worked with our property management platform to verify the correct amount and processed a $151 refund for your unused night. We understand the importance of comfort and accessibility, particularly when traveling with a young child and a family member who uses a wheelchair. We take guest concerns seriously and made every reasonable effort to assist and find a fair resolution. While we regret that your experience fell short of expectations, we appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we continue improving our guests’ experience.
