The place was absolutely beautiful. The view of downtown is amazing…. I have no complaints whatsoever. The communication could have been a little better but we got it all figured out. I would definitely recommend this place - We brought the kiddos out before the new school year and they loved the place as well

This property definitely deserves 5 star. The pictures are exactly what you get. The communication was great before I booked, during and after we checked out. It was in the area we hoped and convenient to stores. It’s in a quiet and safe location. It’s clean, well stocked and all the entertainment you’ll need. The beds were great we all slept like newborn babies. Thank goodness for the beautiful weather because we were able to take in the beautiful skyline lights of Nash from the rooftop. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We had the best stay.The house was clean and picture perfect- very stylish! One piece of advice for this location though: The garage door will lock behind you! The first night we were locked into the garage. We didn't have our phone and hadn't yet memorized the code. So please be mindful when staying. Overall, great location. Would stay again.

This property was a nightmare from the moment we pulled up into the driveway. The pin pad did not work, and our car was sticking out of the driveway. When we entered the house, we were shocked at the three extremely steep staircases consisting of 18 stairs each that were required to occupy the unit. Immediately notified Nashville rentals that we are unable to get into the garage and approximately four hours later somebody showed up. We then attempted to warm up dinner in the microwave, which was inoperable. I immediately notified Nashville rentals regarding that, and they requested the error code which was provided. Maintenance allegedly came in the next day and claimed it was fixed. Tried to use it again and it did not work and Nashville rentals required videos of the issue in order to send someone else which we provided . The next day, it still did not work and no replies to our videos so we requested a new microwave. Later that afternoon, an extremely heavy counter microwave was left at our doorstep. We were unable to carry it upstairs, which I notified Nashville rentals and nobody came to bring it up to the kitchen for us. The worst part of the stay however was a loud tapping, clicking noise coming from the ceiling every seven or eight minutes. Not a good nights sleep for five nights and nothing was done to rectify the matter.We were never offered to move to a different property. Location undesirable, was approached twice by panhandler’s during daily walks.
