Het strand ligt op een steenworp afstand van deze oceaan begane grond appartement in Zuid-Forest Beach. De gasten die in Ocean Club 47 verblijven, hebben een eigen patio die toegankelijk is vanuit de woonkamer, en bieden gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand. Oceanfront condo is geschikt voor maximaal 6 personen met een koning in de slaapkamer, twee tweelingen in slaapkamer 2, en een woonkamer slaapbank. Volg de aangrenzende houten loopbrug van en naar het strand of een duik nemen in het zwembad op de binnenplaats van het hotel op een steenworp afstand. Hoewel Ocean Club heeft parkeren voor de deur van elke condominium, het complex is een korte wandeling naar Coligny Plaza, de Beach Market, en Beach Park. Dit schilderachtige centrum biedt zijn gasten een brede selectie restaurants, winkels en amusement voor alle leeftijden.

This unit was definitely not worth the money we paid. Not cleaned properly and just generally outdated and kitchen sparsely stocked... not enough to actually prepare meals in condo. I did have to clean the bathrooms myself. Seashore Vacations did step up and make things right though and provided clean linens, towels and new patio chairs. I have stayed in many units at Ocean Club, but do not recommend unit 47.

Tubs don't drain and hand sprayers are a must add for kids! The decor is very dated, as a rental it's very low effort and everything seems to have come from Goodwill. Microwave and toaster are on the same circuit! Bug sprayer guy barged in but was nice when we said we didn't want spraying with two young kids there.

Wonderful place, great location, beautiful view
This was a great place for our family. We were right on the beach without crossing any roads. And the pool was wonderful. The complex was full of other great families and my girls met some great kids to play with throughout the week. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful view! Just steps away from the beach! Disappointed that it needed a deep clean. There was a 2 ft hole in ceiling from water damage. Unacceptable for the cost. Furniture needs replaced....the sofa cushions sink. ...making it very uncomfortable. Overall great spot and would stay again if cleaner.

Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very disappointed in our was not appointed very well and needed electrical work in the guest bathroom .The sink in the master bath was stopped up as well as the shower in the guest bathroom.There were huge holes in the ceiling .They scheduled chain saw operations right in front of our condo (nice to sleep in at 8.00AM )We also had a nest of ants on our front patio (crawling up our legs Yuck!)

NEVER RENT THIS UNIT!
The owner of the unit barged into the living room of the condo without knocking the day before we were to leave. He was rude and disrespectful and accused us of overstaying. He was in the wrong but he did not come back to apologize for his unacceptable behaviour. As three senior women we felt unsafe. In fact we almost called the police because we were not sure he was in fact the owner as he stated to us. We had a great week in Hilton Head up until this happened. I advise you to never rent this man's unit. Seashore Vacations (property makers) were excellent to deal with. They ended up apologizing for him. Cowardly and unacceptable that he did not directly apologize to us.

We opted for this place due to the last minute booking (approx 6-8 weeks prior to check-in date) so we knew our options would be limited for a ocean view/beachfront property. Ocean Club Villas is in an excellent spot adjacent to walking, biking and more while still feeling like you have privacy on the beach and in your condo. The pros: location, gated complex, private walkway to beach, pool, communal outdoor hoses/showers The cons: the condo needs to be updated; however that isn’t my primary complaint. While others were quick to mention the cleanliness, I didn’t quite agree. The bathrooms need a serious scrub, as does most of kitchen. The ceilings had several mysterious holes in the ceiling (nothing was mentioned to us about why). The linens for the beds were in awful shape- pilling and thread barren to make it feel like sand was in the bed/ it wasn’t, the sheets and comforter were just that ratty. While the price was indicative for the condition, I would pause to recommend this condo for these reasons. We were in two other Ocean Club condos during our stay (other family members who booked too) and their properties were in much better shape. The check-in process was a bit too antiquated for 2022 post-pandemic protocols. They required an in-person check-in to only provide you with a electronic key code and handed you a physical parking pass and wifi code- both in my opinion could have been sent to renters electronically and or via mail if a physical one is truly required. Even without any modern updates, the property managers and/or owners could take care of the other aspects mentioned and would truly be something to warrant a good review. Rather it will be an Okay-to-Good. The location adds points.

HOWEVER, the sofa bed was broken. It is also TOO SHORT for the average person to sleep in. The washing machine had trouble starting, and continue to run. the dinning space lights would sometimes flicker when it was running. SeaShore Vacations has been great to work with and far superior to going through VRBO.

The place was great, except the instructions for the cable TV were totally inaccurate and was a daily fester. Everything else was great. We loved the view and the pool was great. The upgrades to OCV over the past few years makes this the place to be at HHI.The location is great, though the increased traffic around Colligny is becoming a bit problematic. Our children and now grand-children love this place. Going to harbor Town and seeing Gregg Russel is always the high point to any visit to HHI. We know all his songs and stories, but it is a wonderful experience to see the children and his generations of followers smile and share in the HHI experience.We will be back.

Bathroom: very dirty, rust behind the toilets, shower curtain dingy & dirty, the floor was grimy and the counters needed updating. 2. Living room: couch is dirty, discolored, and sunken in - we couldn’t even sit on it. The curtains wouldn’t close properly, 3. The kitchen pots and pans are old, worn out, and need replacing. The food prep knives are so full that they are unusable.4. The bedroom sheets had pilling (little balls) all over them. They were thin and worn out. 5. All of the floors were dirty, sandy and needed cleaning. The whole house is in need of a paint job.

Our vacation at Ocean Club
We stayed in 47 at ocean club. The price was reasonable for what it is. Not something glamorous and a little dated but you feel like it’s yours. Nice little yard area for kids to play right out the back door. Ground floor which we actually liked. No elevators! It was a very pleasant and relaxing trip. The beach is a little more private in my opinion. Probably because there are not 200 condos for a 50 feet beach area. We will be back for sure
