This unique place has a style all its own. An in-law suite with separate entrance near Baker Park, Hood College, restaurants, and shopping. Kitchenette, queen sized 4 poster bed, sitting area, large bathroom with tub and shower. Washer and dryer for private use. Plenty of closet space. Plenty of lighted on-street parking. WiFi and Smart TV available.

Kitchenette with basic eating/cooking necessities including apartment sized fridge/freezer, induction cook top, toaster, toaster oven, Keurig, Nespresso, and drip coffee makers (Limited number of Keurig and original Nespresso coffee pods included based on length of stay), and rapid water boiler. Queen sized 4 poster bed with fresh bedding plenty of pillows and blankets. Sitting area with bistro dining table for two, a love seat, ottoman, and dresser. Large bathroom with luxury tub and walk-in luxury shower with fresh towels, sundries, and hair dryer. Washer and dryer for guest use in the apartment, with iron and ironing board. Plenty of closet space. Plenty of lighted on-street parking. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV available.

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed at a few places within Frederick. This place has been our favorite. Will definitely revisit.

Wonderful guests who left the place cleaner than most any other guests. All towels, linens, trash put ready for cleaning/laundry and easy trash removal. Dishes and all of the space was clean and amenities nicely put away. Couldn’t ask for a more quiet, thoughtful, and conscientious guest.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice quiet neighborhood but still very close to downtown Frederick. The apartment was very clean and the small kitchen was very well equipped. Our host was very welcoming and replied quickly to my questions. I definitely will stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay. This host is so thoughtful and has provided more than most to accommodate people who are traveling. The bathroom is huge and beautiful. The mattress is comfortable which is so important. We are excited to come back again! A

Enjoyed staying in this stylish suite in Frederick. Quiet neighborhood, walk friendly near a beautiful part of town. The unit is clean, comfortable and amenities are pretty nice! I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this well appointed suite. Everything we needed was there. The spacious bathroom was beautiful and elegant and gave us plenty of room to spread out. Our host was responsive and quick to answer msgs. The kitchenette is small but has what you need for light cooking. Coming back after a long hot day felt like having a hideaway to recharge in. We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

This little apartment was perfect for our trip. It was very conveniently located between Washington DC and Gettysburg. The town of Frederick itself was fun to explore and had lots of good dining options. We had a busy schedule, but appreciated a comfortable place to relax and get a good nights sleep at the end of the day. We appreciated the attention to detail and the nicer quality of the furnishings, as well as the bath and bedding supplies. Lou greeted us when we arrived and made sure we were able to get inside OK. We appreciated the communication he provided us during our trip. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to the area.

This is a lovely rental for 1-2 people. We had everything we needed. The apartment was clutter-free, well stocked, efficient, comfortable, quiet and private. The bathroom is large and beautiful. We will book this rental again without hesitation.

My stay was absolutely perfect. I was visiting Frederick for the first time, and my bestie lives in the neighborhood. It was so fun to be able to walk to her house. The neighborhood is so cute and safe. The space was perfectly stocked, clean, and very comfortable. The tub is a major bonus. I would highly recommend it, and I plan on staying with Louis the next time I visit Frederick.
