Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen features all stainless-steel appliances, a drip and K cup coffee maker, and a large breakfast bar with seating for four. There is a glass top dining table with additional seating for four.

Living Room
The living area features a couch, chair with ottoman, a mounted flat screen TV, and plenty of windows to flood the space with natural light. There are sliding glass doors that lead onto the waterfront balcony!

Master Suite
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, dresser, and sliding doors for access to the balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features a full-sized bed and a spacious closet.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 3
The third bedroom features two twin-sized beds, a dresser, and a closet.

Outside
Outside on your covered balcony you can enjoy unobstructed lakefront views anytime of day! The outdoor space is designed for relaxation with a ceiling fan, a large dining table with seating for six, a bar height table with seating for two, and an outdoor TV. On the front balcony there is an electric grill.

This complex is conveniently located on the popular Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Strip, Osage Beach, Baxter’s, Shady Gators, Dock Knockers, JB Hooks, go-kart racing, boat rentals and so much more.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
