Great cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My only complaint was the pool table. It was playable, but several bumpers were getting hard and the felt was in bad shape. In places it had holes on the leading edge of the sides. Otherwise, it was a great place!

Thank you for your feedback—we’re glad you enjoyed your overall experience! We appreciate you bringing the pool table condition to our attention, and we’ll be addressing the bumpers and felt to ensure a better experience moving forward. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Paradise View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was exactly as described. The views of the mountains were spectacular. Our first time staying in a cabin and we would stay again. The communication from the reservation until checkout was great. The only problem we had was our water went during the middle of the night. It happened to be the morning we were leaving, so we ended up leaving earlier than planned. Would definitely recommend Elk Springs Resort.

It’s also wonderful to know our team’s communication helped make your trip smooth from reservation to checkout. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused by the water outage on the morning of your departure. While we’re glad it didn’t impact your entire stay, we understand how frustrating that must have been. We truly appreciate your understanding and your recommendation of Elk Springs Resort. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Better than Expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was bigger than I originally thought. It was extremely clean, everything was laid out nice, and customer service was superior. I was always able to get ahold of someone if I needed anything and thats something I appreciated. They had a binder with rules and directions that answered a lot of my questions and the cabin wasn't to far from a lot of areas like Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Overall experience was great. Id recommend Elk Spring resorts to anyone and will definitely be using them again
