Had a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect place! We were walking distance to everything we needed and everything we wanted to do. It was such a great house and we all could slip comfortably. There is no central A/C but the host provided soooo many fans and the breeze at night being so close to the beach cooled the house down. 10/10 weekend at the this wonderful house!

Our first stay at this property and we are already planning on coming back. The house was beautiful and there was room for the five of us to be together but also have our own spaces. We have been to OB many, many times before so we are very familiar with the town and this was such a great central location. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

Place was stunning, great location and very clean. I just was not aware it was a shared courtyard space prior to booking. Other than that it was fantastic and incredibly accommodating!

The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed the bikes in the back and really appreciated the washer drier for our clothes used at the beach. In the day it was a bit hot due to no AC but it’s expected. They did provide fans and we were all able to sleep very comfortably and wake up refreshed even with no AC

Location is absolutely fantastic and it is very spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms but not having air conditioning on hot days having to have windows open had so much noise from the street and took a while to cool the house down at night for comfortable sleep. Otherwise it was a great place close to the beach and amazing coffee places and restaurants.

Everything was fabulous! Especially loved the location and how big the place was. My kids loved that they could be outside and people watch from the privacy of the front patio.

Perfect location to explore Ocean Beach

The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Having both indoor and outdoor areas to hang out was awesome. We were able to walk to beach and explore restaurants/shops.

Family visiting Ocean Beach

The overall property is very comforting and spacious. Communication with the host and property manager was very nice A must stay if you want to visit SeaWorld, Legoland and the beaches around San Diego.

for starters, we don’t complain, we live in 120 degree weather in the country. With that being said, do NOT pay the price to stay here it’s not worth it. NO AC ( which is not spelled out in the description I’ll provide screen shots) the house did not get cooler then 89 degrees and up to 93. All windows were open ( screens were broken or missing) and all fans going ( fans were broken we bought ourselves more) WiFi doesn’t work ( even had to reach out for the correct info on that) shared backyard ( real fun when you have to leave the windows and doors open because it’s so hot) went to ocean and umbrella and wagon is broken. Fridge leaks and doesn’t get anything cold ( probably due to the heat) planes fly by every five minutes all day and night ( which sucks because all windows and doors have to be open at all times so you don’t die of heat) yes we left the house and enjoyed San Diego, but in order to keep the house atleast 89 degrees all windows and doors had to stay open so we couldn’t stay gone long. We have a 3 year old. ( can’t stay in 90 degree house) we toughed it out for two days then respectfully asked for a refund for one night so my toddler can sleep for our last night. We were declined even after showing evidence. We left a day early from vacation because it was unbearable. All they said is “ it was listed no ac” it wasn’t. No airflow it’s between two brick walls. Tenants coming into your gate for their mail . Again we were totally excited. Paid the price.but bummed

Great Getaway!

The location is perfectly situated just off the main boulevard and short walk to the beach! Everything you need is within walking distance. Remember to arrange parking if needed. The property was clean and very spacious. The courtyard firepit was a great feature you don’t normally get. Our host was very accessible for questions and made the process easy.

Convenient, clean and large!

We had a great time. A few blocks from the beach and closer to the restaurants of Ocean Beach. Very clean place and we didn’t even have a chance to use the jacuzzi!

Family vacation / reunion

I took three teenage granddaughters and it was a perfect,safe location for them to walk to the beach plus shopping and eating all within a short distance. The home was well appointed and comfortable. Tracy was also easy to reach with any questions. My brother and his wife also joined us and it was a quick trip to the San Diego Zoo and Old Town. We would definitely book another stay.

Parking for the additional fee was excellent. Everything was clean and meet our expectations. One suggestion. Should have fresh coffee grounds and coffee filters so we could make coffee in the morning . Or let us know to bring our own coffee. Coffee shops are all around but not open for early risers. Also, as we were preparing to leave we noticed dirty/ stinky dishes in the dishwasher that were NOT ours. We washed and put away all the kitchenware we used. Thank you for your hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our girls weekend and would love to come and stay at your property again. Thank you.
