We've stayed here before and there was good communication with the host. This time I reached out with some issues and they didn't respond. The house is clean very clean however the overwhelming smell off meldew/mold was so extreme this vist. We all had sinus issues from it. It ruined my luggage I can't get the smell out it. We like staying here but due to the mold/mildew smell I don't think we will be able to again.

The cottage was clean and well equipped! It is within walking distance to a lovely town and has a walking path close by too. Kitchen and washer drier were great. The beds were not very comfortable in our opinion. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

House was clean and ready earlier than check in, which was a bonus. Parking was a little bit of a pain for a full soze truck, but not to bad.

Overall the house was nice, and had everything we needed for our stay. The lights behind the house where you need to park could stay on longer. All in all we would stay there again.

The town of Kannapolis is adorable, very walkable from the rental. We were there to visit family, the rental met every need we had. We felt very safe in the area and in the rental. The front porch is wonderful.

Received a personal card and thanks for service to country, as we were in town to celebrate USMC 250th birthday with fellow Marines. Very responsive communications in lead up to stay. Would stay here again.

Great location

We liked this location a lot! The house is very old and none of the doors close properly due to how old it is but it was still good for our needs! So much is in walking distance and we loved that aspect! Overall, nice experience!

Thank you it is a great location. Yes the home is old but we like to try to keep it as original as possible. However we are in the process of changing out the door knobs so that they will close properly. We have just a couple more to change.

As mentioned in other reviews, this is an older property, the outdoor furniture was unusable based on its cleanliness. However, the host was very communicative, told us immediately about a city wide water contamination issue and brought us a case of water the next day. Also remediated the lack of coffee pods immediately. The grill is nonpropane and should be specified in the listing.

Nice overall stay

Home is older in an established neighborhood. Home is comfortable. Wi-Fi dropped frequently while we were there. Location is walkable to downtown restaurants and shops. Very near the walking trail. Area was quiet and felt safe. Would stay again.
