Close to a lot of locations in the bay area. Views from the decks were great, nice to have access to pool and hot tub. Hosts were very friendly and communicative. Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make meals each day. Lots of cool books and magazines to read. Would definitely book again when in the area.

We had a wonderful experience overall and the studio was perfect for our needs. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but still close to restaurants, shopping, etc. The trail nearby is perfect for a morning walk. It was easy to visit the Muir Woods, Mt. Tam, and Point Reyes. The studio was clean and had everything you could need (the hosts go above and beyond for guests). Check-in and check-out were easy and communication with our hosts was excellent. No complaints!

We enjoyed our week. The place was tasteful ly decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay including things we didn’t need like items for beach goers and parents with a child. The location was excellent for our needs as we visited friends and saw the sights from Sausalito to Petaluma. All in all, we found this to be reasonably priced and very comfortable getaway.

Outstanding! This space was perfect - cozy, amazing views, trails within a block away, and the hosts were great. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend!

Very responsive hosts, we were impressed they got the integrated hot tub at the pool repaired during our stay and it was a hi-lite. Nice views from the room, very comfortable space. Clear instructions and communications, equipped kitchen to cook there (we made breakfast daily), & nice trail system nearby. We liked our time and would be keen to return to this VRBO. There are a lot of wooden stairs, which I’m 100% cool with & property owners disclose clearly…but know this if you’re not too sure-footed/mobile. The lighting is excellent everywhere it’s needed. Safe cul de sac parking.

Kitchen was fully equipped and well organized, so itens csn be located eadily.Hot tub was hot, a nice relaxing feature we were happy to take advantage of. Hope we stay again in the future. Very cozy and homelike.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was wonderful—right by a trailhead and local Farmers Market, which was perfect for getting outside and exploring the beautiful area. Nice outdoor space that included a hot tub. The studio was comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and had everything I needed. Both the kitchen and bathroom were especially well stocked, with so many nice touches—including a robe! The view was beautiful, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. A lovely, peaceful place to call home while I was in the area. I would definitely recommend it!

Such a lovely spot

Was the perfect place to relax and rest after spending time with family. We loved getting to take in the view in the evening and morning when we got up!

This property was everything stated and more. You could tell that Mark and Jodi take pride in the property and making their quest stay comfortable. We would love returning to this guest cottage.

Comfortable stay in beautiful San Rafael hills

This property was a well-furnished apartment which provided privacy and many of the comforts of home. We found it a wonderful retreat while we visited relatives in the area. Definitely will look to return for future visits.

Perfect San Fran stay

We were looking for a place out of the city but with east access - and what a perfect choice! Quiet, up in the hills, with gorgeous views and excellent amenities. Easy drive to downtown but also plenty to do just in the area. Mark was a great host and we loved our short stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean, had a well equipped kitchen, and comfortable outdoor seating space. There are stairs to the studio apartment and between the outdoor seating area and the pool, so one needs to be able to climb the stairs. We visited Muir Beach and Muir Woods, Point Reyes National Seashore, and Sonoma. One definitely needs a car for the place. Great views!

Family visit!

Visiting family in the area, filled our needs, sleep, eat, shower! Views are awesome and the wildlife from the pool deck, pretty cool! We will be back.
