Perfect place, very nice neighborhood, the road it’s a little sketchy but once you arrive at the place it’s really nice, the host is really nice and has really good communication, responding every message quick. We would definitely stay here again if are in the area.

Chose this house because of the large yard as I was traveling with my dog. Was pleasantly surprised on my arrival. Beautifully decorated home, large fenced in yard and great communication with the host. Thank you for making our stay in Gainesville so pleasant!

Nice, peaceful location. Hosts are very quick to respond. We had a slight issue with the thermostat and they responded quickly, even at night. Comfortable beds. Not too far from UF (10 minutes max). Would stay again!
