Cottage is centrally Located in the middle of the Island where you are within walking distance to great Restaurants, Coffee Shops & Gift Shops. Tram stop is less than a block away and takes you around the entire island Memorial Day to Labor Day.
We are dog lovers! You are welcome with a small pet fee for the length of you stay, not by the day!

House Rules

1 Please read Manual on console table on TV went you arrive
2 Quiet hours and respectful behavior required (family-friendly space)
3 No parties or loud gatherings
4 Pets not to be left unattended for long periods
5 If pet barks constantly we reserve the right to ask you to leave property
6 Read and agree to the rental agreement prior to booking
7 Owner reserves the right to cancel bookings for rule violations
8 If Cottage is not left clean we reserve the right to charge extra cleaning fee
9 Any damage to cottage we reserve the right to charge you for.
10) All pet fee applies to anyone bringing a dog or cat. If you did not pay the pet fee at the time of your reservation and you bring one $250.00.
If your Dog is a Registered Service Dog there is no pet fee, but it must be a Registered Service Dog. So if you are bringing a Service Animal we still need to be aware an animal is coming when reservations are made. Best Friends & Emotional Support Dogs are Not Service Animals. We will also ask what "service" your animals provides.
Pet's or Service Animals are not aloud on any of the furniture, this includes beds, sofa or chairs. If they are on furniture there will be a $250 cleaning fee added.
All Animals have to current and up to date on all shots. All Animals are also required to being had Flea Treatment prior to coming to cottage.
Also please don't let you animal run free. We have Feral Cats and other family dogs that live in the area.
