Such a great South Padre stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our time there. Great memories made—we’d happily stay again!

Laura was an amazing host and great at communicating and making sure we had a smooth and excellent vacation..we have stayed many places from Dallas to San Antonio to Florida and Vegas and this by far has been one of our best experiences. This place will be our South Padre stay from now on… this place had beautiful views we got to see fire works and walk to the candy shop next door , the snacks were also a nice touch! Thank you Laura ! 10 out of 10

Property was very clean and presentable. AC worked perfect, constantly cold/cool and very spacious rooms. Dining room and living room were spacious enough to fit 6 adults and 3 children comfortably enough to eat and able to watch tv. The splash pad was a big hit for the children.

Location was perfect. We had a view of the bay and a beach view if standing at the end of the balcony with a quick and easy walk to the beach. The condo had beach chairs, sand toys and towels for the beach. You will need to bring your own umbrella and wagon. You can rent canopies from the condo but they book fast. The windows on the condo need to be cleaned to better enjoy the view. The twin bedroom is really hot and humid. We had to leave the door open to help with air flow. A fan in there would be very helpful. Also you can see the summer fireworks on Tuesdays and Fridays from the balcony. The condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and made going to the beach extremely convenient. Would highly recommend, we really enjoyed our trip and would stay again.

Check in was simple Laura was amazing The guard gate guy was super rude he threatened to tow my sister car who just came to visit for an hour.

Hi Carmina! Thank you for the excellent communication during your trip and for taking good care of our property during your stay. Yes, we did mention the rules on the registration page that guests not on the registration are not permitted as per HOA rules. We had also discussed pricing for extra vehicles prior to your arrival. The guards do follow the HOA guidelines very strictly for the safety and comfort of all guests.

It would be great that the windows of both restrooms that have a view could be cleaned, we attempted to clean them but it was dangerous, they were dirty so you could not see the view from there, but the windows in the living room and the dinning room were clean so we enjoyed the view from there. Other than that the unit is in great shape. Thank you for having us there. We will for sure reserve again when we go back to the Island.

In general the property is very nice. The outside of the unit is not very nice or interesting. The common areas downstairs are ok. The communication with the host was outstanding, considering we had to contact them frequently as the upstairs neighbors were noisy specially at night. The mattress of the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. The bed had dimples and the pillows were not the best. The property is not really oceanfront as it mainly has views of the Laguna. You can see from the side of the balcony some views of the ocean but it’s not a beachfront unit.

The condo is nice. It's spacious and has a wonderful view. The condo was clean, but the towels all smelled terrible. The towels smelled like they had been left in the washer for too long and had a very strong mildewy smell. The check-in process was handled at the guard station and the individual that checked us in was extremely rude. The lady that rented us the umbrella's was also extremely unfriendly. We also had very interrupted sleep with very loud neighbors above us and beside us. All in all, We would not stay here again, not would i recommend it.

We traveled with 8 adults and 2 young toddlers and this property was just perfect. Honestly it was better than we already expected it to be. The beach access and convenience to amenities were enough to get us here but we were so impressed with the condo Everything was very clean and organized. The hosts were very responsive to questions.
