This house is awesome. Super close to beach and path system. Absolute zero complaints other than they don’t do early check ins. But that’s a minor detail compared to how great this property and location are in Hilton Head. Would absolutely stay again.

property was ready when promised, clean, and ready to use. Our family had a great time, we had an issue with the outdoor grill and indoor toaster, but we did not let that upset our vacation.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Easy walk to the beach, and nice pool area. Pool service was done on Saturday, which limited use for a couple of hours, but not a big deal. Check in process required upload of license and input of personal data outside of the VRBO app, which was not clearly disclosed until right before check in.

The house was beautiful & clean. The location was perfect. They had bikes, a basketball game, wagons, corn hole games, pool toys, it was plenty to do. We had some hickups with checking in but our overall stay was awesome. The host was very responsive. I will definitely stay again.

Had an awesome time. Very spacious. Room for four families to spread out with private space. The bikes, pool toys, air hockey, and basketball was just enough to keep the little ones occupied. Very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

The house was spotless, which we very much appreciated. The elevator came in handy. The kids enjoyed swimming, even though the pool was not heated. The beach was within walking distance. The kids played a lot on the beach. The house was also well equipped with activities for the kids. The bunk beds that sleep 8 were a great asset, but having one bathroom for 12 people on the 4th floor was a bit tough. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for our large group. We had a great stay and would no hesitate to return.

We had a great family vacation at 2 Sandy Trail. The house was clean, well maintained, and filled with all the necessary amenities - plus many more! Ample gathering spaces inside and out for our large group. This house has it all. We would love to stay here again.
