Perfect voor grote familiebijeenkomsten.

Dit onlangs bijgewerkte en ingerichte ruime huis is gelegen aan de prominente privé Triton Way aan zee in het exclusieve kustplaatsje Triton Sound in New Seabury; De beste resortlocatie van Cape Cod. Het huis ligt op korte loopafstand van de New Seabury Golf Course, Country Club, Beach Club en de Popponesset Marketplace. Dit huis is ideaal voor het ontvangen van familie en gasten met 6 bedden / 5 badkamers, een eigen achtertuin met een in-grond zwembad omgeven door weelderige tuinen. Het ligt op slechts enkele minuten van South Cape Beach, een van de beste stranden van Cape Cod.

Dit huis beschikt over twee grote slaapkamers, een uitgerust met een elegant Master Bath met een stoomdouche en bad, en een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. Grote kamer met 20+ voetplafonds en een keuken met gloednieuwe Italiaanse marmeren toonbanken. Minuten naar stranden, de Popponessett Market Place, Mashpee Commons, het Cape Code Children's Museum en nog veel meer!

Regenachtige dagen ... we hebben je gedekt. We hebben onlangs arcade-spellen van commerciële kwaliteit toegevoegd om mee te gaan met de tafelvoetbalspel, air hockey, ping pong en basketbal shoot out game. U hoeft deze woning niet te verlaten. Hoewel er zoveel te doen en te zien is in de omgeving, wil je misschien zelfs niet vertrekken op die zonnige dagen!

Groot prive zwembad, buitendouche, vuurplaats, twee wasruimtes, 7 flatscreen tv's, grote achter- en voordek, grote privétuin, compleet met linnengoed, badhanddoeken en strandspullen. Alles wat je wilt en nodig hebt!

New Seabury wordt vaak de 'speeltuin voor de rijken en beroemdheden' genoemd. Trakteer u en uw gezin op het allerbeste. U zult niet willen vertrekken en u zult graag terugkeren. U zult genieten van dit huis!

Zwembad is geopend van eind mei tot oktober. Zwembad kan tegen betaling worden verwarmd.

The house was excellent and very well appointed for our family get together. The pool and game room was a nice feature and we are glad we purchased the optional heating for the pool The owners were very accessible and helpful with quick responses to any of our questions. This a nice house in a great location with lots of room.

Perfect place for a family gathering. We were a multigenerational group celebrating a significant birthday. Sleeping accommodations worked perfect for our group. The grounds and pool were beautiful. The house was very comfortable and teenagers had plenty of games to occupy themselves. The public beach was a 10 minute drive (not 10 minute walk) and shopping and food close by. We would totally recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay

The house was everything they said it would be. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The landscaping around the house is beautiful. The young ones enjoyed games in the garage and of course the pool.

Beautiful property in great location

Great house for our family vacation. There were ten people ages 17-86. Home is spacious and comfortable. Location is great. 5 minute drive to South Cape Beach. 12 minute walk to New Seabury Marketplace. Pool is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Wonderful week at the Cape

Our family had a wonderful week at New Seabury. The house was comfortable, clean and had everything you could possibly want for a week’s stay, including beautiful views of the ocean, fully equipped kitchen, great beds, games for the kids, and a fabulous pool. Our stay at this luxurious and spacious home in New Seabury, was nothing short of perfect! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. Wonderful stay!

The house was clean and spacious for 5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 children. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of space, and it was great to have several bathrooms. The water pressure is weak but I find that to be the case with most septic houses and/or those near the beach. The pool and the gaming garage were wonderful as well. The location within New Seabury was very enjoyable - we took advantage of the Popponesset Marketplace several times, and ate at the inn. Mashpee Commons is a short drive and great for restaurants, shopping, and a movie on a rainy day. The house is super close to South Cape Beach, and an easy drive to Falmouth to catch the ferry. Highly recommend for a relaxing and lovely family vacation.

Wonderful Cape Cod Week

Our family and friends stayed at this house for the week of 4th of July. This was a reunion of 3 old law school friends and their families. It was a fantastic house and great stay overall. This was our second year visiting Mashpee (before, we stayed in Popponesset). This house is in a beautiful, quiet street in New Seabury. The house is big enough to fit our group, and never feel too cramped. Some of us are soccer fans, and the TVs were great to come together to watch the World Cup. The pool was great during a hot July week. The lawn was in excellent condition for lawn activities, and both kids/grownups enjoyed the game room. Our group had a lot of fun paddle boarding near popponesset island. The distance to the Marketplace was great and the proximity to the Falmouth marina was also convenient. The owner, Justin, was very friendly and responsive to any questions, no matter often or how small the detail. Justin was always looking to provide us with all the information we needed about the property and the neighborhood to make the most of our stay: we felt very welcome and appreciated it. I think the house and the neighborhood was a great setting for our group to catch-up. Most of all, it was great seeing the kids deepen their friendships and enjoy a week of summer vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation celebrating my husband’s birthday with our four kids, their partners and our two grandchildren. The house and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The pool and game room were thoroughly enjoyed by the family. It is in a wonderful location. The host is extremely responsive. Beautiful home!!! We would certainly stay here again if we vacation on Cape Cod again.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Plenty of space for our family of 6. There was construction going on across the street so a couple of days got noisy but loved the back and front patio and the pool area. The last 2 days of our stay were fairly windy but the landscaping design around the pool blocked most of the wind. Great setup.Loved the top “lighthouse” room with the great view of the ocean. Great little work area!

Fabulous Staycation in New Seabury

This is the perfect spot to treat yourself to a luxury but welcoming staycation. The property is beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean, a lovingly manicured yard, clean rooms, and all the amenities needed and then some. The kids swam everyday followed by some intense table tennis tournaments in the garage game room. The host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a magical week!

Great home for first Cape visit!

The house was perfect for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the game room, foosball table and pool. The view of the Atlantic from the front porch was a nice way to greet each day and we enjoyed the “full strawberry moon” from that same deck on our last night there. Easily driveable to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. J was very responsive to an issue I emailed about. Hope to make the trip back again some time soon.

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in!

We had an amazing weekend staying here. From the ocean views, the cleanliness, the amount of space and things to do, to the comfortable beds and more I already can’t wait to come back! Jay was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and supplied the house with everything that you could possibly need. Highly recommend in any season of the year!

Great family space indoors and out.

Wonderful house, lots of rooms and bathrooms. We had 3 families and we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The pool and property were super. Very walkable to the little town which was great for the kids. Great location on the Cape, close to Falmouth and Hyannis and Mashpee Commons was a quick car ride away. Owners are remarkable, quick to respond to any questions. We would 100% rent this house again!
