Our cleaners throughly clean the house after departure; if it’s found that you had an unauthorized pet, we will charge you $1000 fee.
CHECK OUT*** checkout is very important in order for us to have the place reset for guests checking in next. All checkout instructions must be followed and home left NEAT and TIDY.
