Great location to explore Lake Norman and Iredell/Mecklenburg counties. House & kitchen were very well appointed and we lived to sit out in the porch and enjoy the birds & wildlife. Beds are plush and most of the pillows are too. Our family enjoyed our long weekend at the lake!

Our family of seven had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful, brand-new lake house! From the moment we arrived, we could tell that a lot of thought had gone into making the home comfortable, welcoming, and well-equipped for families and larger groups.There was plenty of room for all seven of us without ever feeling crowded. The large living room was one of our favorite spaces—it gave everyone a comfortable place to gather, relax, talk, and spend time together. The couch was incredibly comfortable, and the open layout made the entire main living area feel spacious and inviting.The kitchen was another highlight. It was large, beautiful, and had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy time together as a family. There was plenty of room to cook without feeling cramped, and it flowed perfectly into the living area, which made it easy for everyone to still be together even when some of us were in the kitchen.The bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. We were especially impressed with the beds—they were extremely comfortable! After spending the day enjoying the lake and everything the area has to offer, it was wonderful to come back to such a comfortable place to unwind and get a great night’s sleep.Being a brand-new home, everything felt fresh, clean, and well cared for. It really had everything we needed to settle in and simply enjoy our time together without having to worry about the little things.

This home is beautifully decorated, clean, full of natural light, peaceful, and the master bed and couch are very comfortable. The property management company responds very quickly and is very helpful. I would love to stay here again!!

This was my second stay at this house. While the house is still beautiful with comfortable beds and furniture, I had two negative experiences with the property management company that would lead me not to stay here again unfortunately. There is an issue with water quality from the well water there that I had to test as a follow up due to a health issue that occurred the last time I stayed there. Even when I showed them the test showing the well water was officially unsafe per the World Health Organization guidelines and provided the proof of 3 types of bacteria growing, the property management company did not send a professional out to check it or treat the well water. Additionally, there was an issue with the toilet that they tried to charge me 840 for the repair the day after it was corrected. I did not even know what the estimate to repair it would be before it was completed or that they would try to charge me when the issue was not my fault in the first place. There is no guest book for things like the thermostat, emergency phone numbers, no flashlight for power outages, and I had to request the checkout procedures. Don't know if the owner is aware or these issues or not, but would not rent from this property management company again unfortunately. They do reply quickly, but did not address real issues appropriately. Which is a shame because the place is lovely.
