Wonderful stay for the 4 adults we had in our party. A second shower would have been a perk, but overall a wonderful stay!

The host was amazing, excellent and fast communication. The house was very clean. It is exactly as advertised. Great location to explore from. The hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was great. The neighborhood was silent at night. Definitely recommend.

This was our 2nd time staying at Patterson Peak. The place was just like we left it last year ;). Great location for anywhere you want to go. Close to shopping, groceries and JBER. House is always clean and warm. Lotsa free television on Roku. Our visit this time felt like we were coming to visit our second home. We arrived late but stopped by the little strip mall and picked up a pizza from GAPCO, Great American Pizza Co. Perfect ending to a day of flying. So nice to have a great place to stay. Thanks!

Just what we needed. Only drawbacks were there was only one shower and it has been smoked in. Other than that, it was very nice. Great communication and very welcoming.

I’m sorry you must have overlooked the posting where it states there’s one full bath and a half bath, meaning only one shower. As for the smoking, guests are informed that smoking, of any kind, is not allowed (in the home or on the property) and there are also posted signs. My cleaning crew let me know when they find things that are not allowed, and they did not mention that it smelled like someone had smoked prior to your stay. I hope you had safe travels!

Nice place

Needed a place to stay in Anchorage for some doctors appointments. This place worked out perefect and a lot cheaper then a hotel during the summer months. Would definitely stay again.

Tanya was very good with getting back with us an helping with anything we needed. Being from. The South we aren’t use to no AC she quickly brought to more fans to as to the fans she already had there. The Walmart was very close which was a plus!

Our host was very patient with me during the booking. Im not techy. Instructions are clear coming and going. House super easy to find and close to stores. Great tv to watch while we waited for granddaughter to summon us to JBER everyday. We stayed a week. No stairs for my elderly mom. The place was warm n cozy n clean. It appears to be pet friendly which would be a bonus for folks with pets. Our host rescued us from a door lock issue which was our fault. Very impressed that our stay came with coffee and laundry detergent. Absolutely we would book Patterson Peak again. Thank you!

A cozy house to stay in Anchorage after our Alaska cruise trip. Good location with Walmart nearby and short distance drive to Costco. Comfortable check in and check out process. The host is very friendly.

Very nice and well appointed! This house has everything, soap, shampoo , hair dryer, extra toilet paper, aluminum foil, snacks, coffee, plenty of dishes and silverware, and even Kleenex! We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, nice big table and easy access to base out of Anchorage. Would love to stay here again.
