This is a very comfortable and thoughtfully curated space. We loved the touches of whimsy in the bedrooms, the big picture windows overlooking the forest, and the indulgence of both a hot tub and sauna. Communication was A and the hosts even had a series of focused tourist guides for what to do in the area that were incredibly helpful. Great stay.

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing week at this lovely property. The location is prime, felt like an easy 20 minutes to many cool attractions. The stream in the back was a beautiful and serene start to each day! The hosts provided great communication and I really appreciate the time they took to create different guides for different experiences.

Streamside location was perfect for our ladies weekend! Slept all six very comfortably, and showers/bathrooms were great. The host provided excellent instructions, timely communication and the amenities were well thought out. Especially the back yard setting! provided a peaceful serene view, from the hottub, large covered deck, fire pit or huge picture window from the kitchen. We even took full advantage of the hammocks and yard games. From key details like colored coffee mugs with adorable stiring spoons to makeup wash clothes, the host offered many great added touches. Proximity to Sutton's Bay, downtown Travese City, and many wineries so convenient. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again.

This stay was amazing. We loved everything about the house. It was the perfect location for my family to explore the Leelenau peninsula. The kitchen was well stocked and the home had so many small details that were really well thought out. We loved sitting on the patio in the evening and my kids really loved the games and the axe/star throwing. It was such a hit. We also explored the creek in search of frogs and crawfish. Ben and Aviva communicated perfectly and had everything covered! We can't wait to come stay here again.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear your stay was so great! It sounds like you and your family made the most of everything Streamside has to offer, from creek adventures to evening hangs on the patio (and we’re especially glad the axe and star throwing setup was a hit!). We’ve put a lot of care into the little details, so it means a lot to know they stood out. And it was a pleasure communicating with you—thank you for being such thoughtful and easygoing guests. We’d love to welcome you back anytime for more Leelanau adventures!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay here, and it will forever hold a special place in our hearts. I was able to propose to my fiancée at this beautiful, peaceful location, and it truly could not have been more perfect. The home easily accommodated all of our friends with two king beds and one queen, making it comfortable for everyone. It’s just a quick 10–15 minute drive outside of downtown Traverse City, and also close to other charming towns like Suttons Bay and Leelanau, which made exploring the area easy and fun.The property was spotless, cozy, and well-maintained. Ben and Aviva were amazing hosts, so accommodating and even willing to go above and beyond to help set up the perfect proposal. Their kindness made the experience even more memorable.I honestly couldn’t rate this place higher. We’re already planning to come back next year to celebrate our one-year anniversary. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near Traverse City!

Thank you so much for this incredible review Joshua! It truly means the world to us. Being part of such a meaningful moment for one of our very first guests is something we’ll never forget, and we’re honored that Streamside could serve as the backdrop to your engagement. We’re so glad the home worked well for your group and that you had a chance to explore the towns in Leelanau County. Your kind words about the space (and about us!) are deeply appreciated. We’ll be counting down the days until we welcome you back for your one-year anniversary!
