This was our first time staying in a condo in Gatlinburg / Pigeon Forge and we certainly enjoyed it. The location has easy access to Tanger and all the restaurants in Pigeon Forge while being in a quiet area. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It is also located on the ground floor right next to the parking lot in front. The back opens up on a nice wooded view. Thanks Jojo for making our stay great!

The host is amazing and great communication. I loved all the dolly parton books and pictures. We will definitely be back to stay here.

The place worked great for us although we get charged for a cleaning fee and I had to sweep, clean the microwave, coffee pot and fridge so I feel it could have been cleaned a lot better than it was for the amount we pay for a cleaning fee. Other than that great place.

We had an amazing stay at this property. Our kids got a real kick out of the bunk beds being in the closet. They loved closing the door and using their flash lights in bed. Joanne was an amazing host. She answered my questions about the property very promptly. The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find lots of board games, books, and a basketball, volleyball, and cornhole bags. We would definitely rent this unit again next time we come back. One of the best things is that it's right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Everything we did on our trip was only a few minutes away from the condo.

Everything was amazing!! Pool was very close by, clean, and refreshing. We were located right off the main strip so everything was very accessible. The host made check in so easy. The bunk beds are located in a closet so it is not 2 bedroom as we had first thought but it was still able to accommodate our family of 4. The condo is set up so beautiful and welcoming. Thank you Jojo for allowing us in your home!

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit! Room was great, as was the host. Pool and hot tub (part of the whole complex) were nice too. One clarification: the bunk room is a converted closet. Our kids loved it, but that was a surprise. Very comfortable and enjoyable overall!

Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. The fire alarm system recently did go off during your stay. The fire alarm company remedied the problem. Thereafter, they did perform a series of testing and routine maintenance on the system. Everything has been remedied in a timely fashion. Again, thank you for the review. Super nice condo on the ground level. I especially liked the back patio first thing in the morning. Did not feel as though you were in town. Birds chirping. Very nice. Condo was clean and special little touches made our 29th wedding anniversary special. Loved the sweet hand painted rock gifted to us. We will most definitely rent this condo again. Saving to my favs.
