Perfect Solo Getaway

Perfect stay for solo adventuring around Breckenridge! So much to enjoy and price was unbeatable for being so close to downtown!

Great location, very clean

Place was perfectly located about a 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. Place was very clean and cute. Could use an upgraded bed, but other than that, it was a great place!!

Great location, budget-friendly

Great to be able to walk to the chairlift, the gondola and main street, and ski back to the accommodation. Very 'cosy' with the sofa bed out, but the (shared) hot tub and the communal lobby made up for it. We even made use of the communal grill for a cook-out!

great location- can ski home. unit is dated but cozy. Nice common area to hang out in and wonderful hot tubs (2). reasonable price for Breck

Location Location Location

Perfect place for my solo ski trip. Clean bed and kitchen less than 200 yards from the 4 o’clock to town. The room is very dated, but I came to ski not be picky about modern room decor.

Nice Comfortable little place

Nice upgrades all-around in the kitchenette, living room/bedroom. It needs an upgrade to the Showerhead and less slippery bathtub floor.

Overall great. I would stay here again. Great location. You can ski back to the room. Best way to start skiing is to take the bus. Bus stop is close by. Lost a star due to noise levels. We heard our neighbors above and below us.

Apartment style

Not a traditional VRBO where you have private space. Lots of neighbors and you can hear everything around you. Couldnt sleep one night because of people up stairs walking around nonstop.

We enjoyed our stay. Our unit was tiny, but so efficient. Every inch of space was utilized wonderfully without feeling crowded. The base heaters could be improved. We really couldn’t get the heat toasty warm. I wish management would allow parking the day of check in, there is plenty of space. All in all we will returning. Great property

Great location, thin walls

Property location was perfect, but trash left behind and walls extremely thin. Can easily hear neighbors talking and snoring. Ear plugs helped but weren’t enough to sleep well.

A Decent Place For The Money

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a good location close to downtown and reasonably priced this is for you. If you are looking for a little more upscale place, look elsewhere. The best thing about this unit is the transportation service. They picked us up both times we used them within about 10 minutes, which was nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The first thing that hits you when you walk in the door is the odor. It's an old musty smell; I'm guessing due to the room never being updated since it was built, probably in the 80s; from it's velour type bedspread, to the semi-shag carpet. The kitchen stove range hood is all rusted with paint falling off. I was told a parking pass was in the room, but there wasn't one and I couldn't get hold of anyone, so I made my own parking place..this would be impossible in the wintertime. Run, don't walk, as far from this room as you can.
