'Dreamstay' 4 BR Exec Single Story huis met zwembad-buurt van Disney

Deze prachtige gelijkvloerse villa is in de gevestigde Lindfields ontwikkeling van Kissimmee, dicht bij Disney. Het pand is bedrieglijk groot en heeft een bewoonbare oppervlakte van meer dan 2200 sq ft, met uitzondering van de garage en het zwembad. De woning heeft 4 ruime slaapkamers en 2 grote zitkamers, een eethoek en een aparte ontbijtruimte met een en-suite badkamer en 2 andere badkamers. Er is een keuken en wasruimte, beide uitgerust volgens de hoogste standaard. Buiten is er een groot verwarmd Zuid-West gelegen zwembad, backing op bos beschermd gebied, met zwembad en ligstoelen. Ideaal voor de luie dagen of om te ontspannen na een dag in een pretpark of winkelen. Het zwembad zelf is ongeveer 30ft lang en is 6 ft diep het diepe. We hebben het huis sinds 2000 eigendom van en wordt gehuurd sindsdien. Kortingen voor last-minute boekingen.

Telefoongesprekken: Wij bieden gratis bellen naar VS en Canada vaste en mobiele nummers en naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk vaste lijnen.

We hebben ook gratis draadloos internet.

The place was pretty nice that included everything as it was listed.
Property, cleanliness, utensils, etc all my needs were fulfilled. Just had little trouble with one of the bathroom.

We had a lovely stay at the villa which was well located for all the day trips we made and the villa was very spacious and comfortable. We particularly like the privacy of the pool area. The air con stopped working one night due to a faulty capacitor but the local agents got it fixed the next day. We would recommend the villa for a fun family holiday.the privacy

Amazing House
This house was amazing and was perfect for our family. Having 3 full bathrooms was so convenient for all the kids. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The house was in a very quiet subdivision and we always felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Amazing stay
The house is clean and had all that you could want a pool and utensils to cook with pots and pans and towels. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy which doesn’t always happen it was a very nice and relaxing stay for all of us thank you so much for the great hospitality!

Excellent location. Very spacious villa, kitchen very well equipped. General standard of cleanliness was excellent but ornaments on high up shelves, windows, patio doors runners, pool area could all do with a deep clean. Beds not great, generally a nice stay at a reasonable price but would benefit from a refurb.

Great Location & lovely house
We have stayed many times in this general area and really liked this location a lot. It's a quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to shopping, Disney World etc. Josephine was very responsive and helpful. The house is well maintained and well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We really appreciated having both a family room and living room. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would happily book it again.

Loved how close it was to all the parks. The 3rd bedroom was very nice to have. The house is dated, beds weren’t very comfortable and the fitted sheets were always coming off the mattress in the master. I also didn’t realize until the day before check in that each bathroom got one roll of TP, so you will have to go to the store and buy some things if you stay longer than a few days.

A Nice Stay
Although a bit dated, this villa was roomy, comfy and had all of the amenities listed. It was clean and we didn't see a single bug indoors. Nice pool area. Close to Disney and quick if you take the back road and not on HWY 192. It would have been nice to have a TV in each bedroom, but it certainly wasn't a deal breaker. The owners generously accommodated a special request. A great value for the money. Thanks!

We came down for my son’s engagement at DisneyWorld. The house was exactly as described and close to good/shopping. We loved the private pool and the house had a lot of space. House is close to the parks as well. Jo was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond with the few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Orlando.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Great House for Disney & Universal
We stayed in the house for a week while we visited Universal and Disney. This house is within 10 minutes of the Disney parks and a good distance to universal as well. This house is an excellent value for the price. It’s very spacious. It is very peaceful with a lovely outdoor pool, and it backs to a wooded area.
