Great Chalet in the smokies! Kids loved arcade room. Very Spacious. clean sheets and towels. Bear with cubs came on the deck. Could see the lift go by to Ober. Great communication. Air conditioning worked great!

Had a excellent time.arcade was awesome the kids loved it and adults also it is pretty much a great value the baby gate was broken and house is a little dated could use some new beds and pillows but overall it is a great value and will probably come back to it

Great place to stay for our trip to the area. Felt like I was at my grandparents cabin for the week. We all enjoyed the visits from the neighbearhood! Good times and great memories were shared! Thanks!

If you love the cozy feel of a step back in time this is the cabin for you!! The icing on the cake was being up and close for 3 days with a momma and her 3 babies. Memories my kids and I have for a lifetime and plenty of pictures to go along with it!!! We loved our stay and will be going back in the future!

The hosts were excellent to work with. The house is a bit dated and needs some attention. The game room is fun but some of the games don’t work fully or have messed up screens. The air conditioning kept the house cool. We did get to meet the mama bear and three cubs that travel around. Mama came up on the deck one night and we had a close encounter!

If you are looking to stay in a palace, this isn't the place. HOWEVER, if you are all about peace, quiet, beauty and R&R, you've found it. This is an older chalet, and could really use some updates... but the character and the charm are there. We had a couple minor hiccups, but were easily resolved by text with the host. We saw bears every evening! The stairs inside are quite steep and narrow, something to keep in mind if traveling with elderly. The kitchen was well equipped.(a note to the host: pot holders and an extra dish towel set would be a great addition!) All in all, we had a great time on our family vacation! Being together is what it's all about!

Plenty of room for 12 of us and check in was easy and we enjoyed our stay Game room and hot tub were our favorites!

The location was amazing for the price. The place was clean and it looked like there were some leftover items from previous visitors in drawers. You do need to remove plywood from the top of the hot tub because of the bears, but we used it twice during our stay. Access to the local pool is close by and well worth going to. The arcade room was great...even though a couple of them didn't work, it saved a ton of that would have been spent in town (and kept the younger group entertained). The central air kept the property cool, but there was some sediment that came out of one of the ducts (which we made the owners aware of). I only rated this a 4 based on some of the minor items that we let the owners know about, otherwise this would be a 5 star rating!

Everything was just like it said it was online. We had a awesome time and the kids had a blast, the cabin has plenty of room, clean, and well kept definitely will try to book again in future.

The amenities location hot tub gameroom and spacious cabin were all amazing. Being visited by a bear family on the back deck was great experience for the kids they were able to get up close veiws of the nears while in the safety of the home windows are hreat for viewing the bears

Loved this place!!!

House was perfect for our large group! Owners were very helpful with answering questions. We loved the hot tub, game room, the fire place conversation pit and the views!!

This was perfect for our blended family of youths and young adults. We even got visited by a bear family and later a raccoon - we didn’t feed nor approach any wildlife - just observed through the window as mama and her three cubs roamed the deck and walked on - but it was nothing short of magical!! I highly recommend this cabin and all the amenities including a Mack daddy of a game room!

Nice stay

The cabin was located in a very ideal place being within 5 minutes of downtown Gatlinburg. You could actually see the Ober Gatlinburg tram just overhead. The owners were highly responsive and the house came ready with everything you need for food prep as well.

Great stay

The place was great for everyone kids and adults the only bad is the driveway is a little tuff to navigate but they all are up there and the place is a little dated but it did not bother us at all great location I would definitely book again
