This is a fabulous property. We love 30a and now we found a property we live here as well. Close to everything and the golf cart makes it a breeze!!

Property was super clean, great location to the beach, spacious and we loved the covered pergola our only complaint was the pool pump broke and was finally fixed 4 days later. The host took care of it by compensating us. We would definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay in this home. It is spacious and beautiful, and easily accommodated our group of 8. The bunk room was great for teenagers and they really enjoyed spending time out by the pool. It's also an easy walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group comes to the Santa Rosa Beach area the end of April every year and book through VRBO. Blue Heaven was hands down the best rental ever! Kim Bellville made it even more special as she was immediately responsive to every question I had! The house itself was perfect with every amenity you could imagine and then some (like luxury hotels do). Can't say enough about Kim and Blue Heaven!!

House was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the private pool and outdoor grilling station. Listing inaccurately called out a hot tub that wasn't there upon arrival (listing since been updated after our stay). Check-in communication could have been improved, specifically on how to find and unlock golf cart keys. Overall a nice house but need some kinks worked out on management side of the property.

The house was very clean, beds were all very comfortable, staff was very accommodating and responsive with a few questions. Great location with. Quick golf cart ride to beach access and our favorite restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
