Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, Jenner. While we’re pleased to hear you appreciated the beauty and amenities of this amazing property, we are equally frustrated that your stay did not meet your expectations. This concern presented unique challenges, as the issue with the hot water in the home was intermittent and varied in scope, affecting different parts of the property at different times, ranging from one bathroom to multiple areas. Once the issue came to our attention on the third day of your stay our team actively worked to resolve the situation, however its unpredictable nature made it challenging to resolve fully during your stay. We understand that an unwelcome cold shower is far from ideal - regardless of the intermittent nature of such an outage. As such, we were eager to provide you with a refund for the challenges you and your group navigated. While we understand you may have hoped for more, we felt this resolution was fair under such unique circumstances. We value and appreciate your feedback and are committed to using this experience to refine our processes and provide a better experience for future guests.

Thank you for your review, Bryon. We are pleased to hear that this property accommodated you and your group. We greatly appreciate all y our feedback for us to address. We hope that overall you enjoyed Park City.

Thank you for your review, Randy. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve the A/C situation of that property. In a mountain town, it can be hard to maintain when it gets really warm out. We hope to host you again here in Park City!

Thank you so much for your review, Gerald. We appreciate the feedback about some things in the property being "worn" we are going to bring those details to the owners attention. Other than those small details, we are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your trip to Park City. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.
